With the continuous expansion of the modern cities and the increasing demand for elevators,the group elevators have become the mainstream configuration of high-rise buildings.At the same time,elevators are also one of the major energy consumer in modern buildings.Energy saving and emission reduction are imminent.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the elevator group control system with energy saving function.In view of the above situations,the hardware design of driving controller and energysaving device of multi-online tractor is studied in this thesis.The specific works are as follows:(1)The functional requirements and performance indicators of the multi-online tractor drivering controller are analyzed.A general design scheme of the system based on multimicroprocessor architecture is proposed.The system is divided into five units: tractor driver,encoder conditioning,elevator dispatching,elevator control and elevator energy saving.(2)The circuit of the driving and control system for multi-online tractor are completed,including rectifier and inverter module,optocoupler isolation module,relay protection module,encoder conditioning module,sensor module,communication module,etc.The system can control two permanent magnet synchronous tractors at the same time.At the same time,it has a variety of serial communication and Fieldbus interfaces.It can realize group control of multiple elevators through expansion.(3)The circuit of multi-online elevator energy saving device are completed.A bidirectional boost and buck circuit topology is designed to realize bi-directional transmission of tractor regenerative energy between bus and energy storage device and between DC buses of two tractors.(4)The function test of the driving control system and energy-saving device of the multi-online tractor is carried out.The test results show that the system designed in this paper achieves the expected function.
