The main engine case is a new type of on-board data processing equipment used in high-speed train.Its function is to record train running data in real time for real-time monitoring and fault analysis to ensure train maintenance and operation safety,which promotes its performance to continuously improve to meet the needs of high-speed rail operation reliability.CPU chip is the core component of on-board computer mainframe case,and its function is to carry out data operation,storage and execution instruction operation.At present,due to the continuous improvement of the integration,packaging density and working frequency of CPU chip,the power and heat output of CPU chip increase continuously.In the actual use process,in addition to the performance of computing power and storage capacity,it is also necessary to consider its heat dissipation performance.The heat dissipation performance of CPU plays a key role in the normal operation of the CPU.If the CPU temperature is too high,the reliability and stability of the vehicle mounted mainframe chassis will be affected.Therefore,it is necessary to install a radiator on the CPU to reduce the CPU temperature.CPU radiator is one of the important research objects in the field of fluid mechanics and heat transfer.According to the CPU power consumption,equipment installation mode and application environment of data processor,the CPU air-cooled forced convection radiator is selected.First of all,the type and form of heat dissipation of radiator are analyzed theoretically,and the material suitable for radiator is selected.Then,the structural factors of the radiator are optimized by calculation,and the structural model is set to determine the surface heat transfer coefficient.air convection coefficient,air-cooled convection coefficient and heat conduction coefficient.At the same time,ANSYS software is used to analyze the heat dissipation process of CPU radiator to verify the feasibility of heat dissipation design,which provides the basis for the structural optimization design of radiator.On this basis,the forced air cooling design is optimized by air duct design and fan selection,so as to achieve the purpose of full heat dissipation.Finally,the heat dissipation process of the vehicle mounted mainframe case is analyzed by the software of Icepak,and the working temperature of the CPU is monitored by the temperature measurement software in real time to verify the feasibility of the heat dissipation design of the chassis,so as to provide the basis for the thermal design of the heat dissipation chassis.The results show that the heat dissipation performance of the radiator with rib thickness of 1.5mm is the best.The horizontal placement of the vehicle mounted main engine case meets the requirements of gas flow,and the CPU radiator meets the working requirements.
