With the development of the people' s life level and with the Study high on nature for the people, and with the great progress in foodstuff, medicine, biology, chemistry, metallurgy, instrument and meter and so on, the people have higher requirement for temperature in storing. In this condition, in order to meet the requirements of the people, low-Temperature refrigerators appear and exert important functions.Because of the great temperature difference between low- temperature refrigerator and circumstance outsides, as we know, the place where there is temperature difference must have heat transferring, then in order to reduce heat loss of refrigerator during operating process , the study on low-temperature refrigerator is necessary .This article demonstrates the main problem of case design progress and gives some advice about improving the efficiency of low-temperature refrigerator by contracting different respects of case design between household refrigerator and low-temperature refrigerator.At the same time, the temperature of the field of air and flow field in low-temperature refrigerator has great influence on the reservation of foodstuff or on the quality of medicinal material. In the article, physical and mathematical models for the fluid flow and heat transfer inside a horizontal low-temperature have been established. And using the method of SIMPLE and integer evaluation and FVM has simulated the steady temperature and velocity distribution of a horizontal low-temperature refrigerator that the author has designed. At the same time, with the software of ANSYS, the analysis about it has been finished. The results and the reasons have been analyzed. And on the base of those some measures about optimizing the air temperature distribution in the refrigerator have been put forward.
