The division of the main transverse bulkhead of a ship involves many systems,and the design work is complex.At present,there are few researches on the division of ship bulkheads at home and abroad.The research focuses on the influence of compartment division on the structural performance of ships.However,the research on how to divide the main transverse bulkheads and the division standards and specifications is relatively scarce.Therefore,we focus on the division of the main transverse bulkhead of the whole ship,and introduces intelligent reasoning and algorithm to explore the intelligent division method of the main transverse bulkhead of the ship.Firstly,this paper introduced the layout specifications of fore peak cabin,weapon cabin and other cabins,combs the unclear parts of the design specifications,and uses the mathematical statistical method to study.Base on different vessels,analyze the setting characteristics of the fore peak tank,and carry out regression analysis on the modern typical watertight ships,study the length of the fore peak tank,i.e.the first watertight bulkhead position,under different design variables,by comparing the regression coefficient,get the empirical formula of the best regression effect;analyze the composition of the vertical launch system,and put forward the relevant vertical launch system In order to solve the problem of unclear space size,mk41 vertical launch system is selected as the research object,and the relevant ship vertical system size is sorted out and calculated,and the design recommended value is obtained.Then,the power system cabin is sorted out and the design specifications and design factors are analyzed.In view of the subjective design factors of the dynamic system cabin,the corresponding evaluation criteria are proposed,and the weighted fuzzy scoring method is used to determine the design expert level comprehensively.Combined with the case-based reasoning technology,the entropy method is used to analyze the information entropy of design factors in the parent case,and the matching weight of each factor similarity is determined.Finally,the weighted Minkowski distance is used to complete the similarity matching.Based on the work of the last two chapters,taking Destroyer Design Manual as the design basis,the division of the main transverse bulkhead is studied.The method of subdivision with margin is proposed,and the concept and idea of the scheme of subdivision with limited cabin,flexible cabin and minimum length(? subdivision scheme)are defined.This paper comprehensively analyzes and studies the division rules of main transverse bulkhead of warship,puts forward the empirical formula and design model in view of the uncertain design constraints,combines the exploratory reasoning technology based on case to solve the design work.The research results of this paper make a pioneering attempt to explore the intelligent design of ships,and make some achievements,and provide ideas and reference for the follow-up research of main transverse bulkhead.
