This topic to shenyang water group as the background, the existing SCADAdispatching system in the system to provide the parameters such as the amount ofwater, water pressure and flow rate of historical data as the research object,especially for shenyang old water system construction, the characteristics of thewater supply scale, complicated structure, the establishment of a correspondingnetwork analysis model, adopt the method of case-based reasoning, form theoptimization scheduling solution, model optimization and auxiliary combination ofexperience, to optimize the scheduling and safe operation to provide a feasiblemethod, improve the water supply enterprise’s economic benefit and social benefit.In this paper, the water consumption in shenyang’s year, month, day, changelaw were analyzed, and considering the external factors such as climate andholidays on the basis of the use of multiple regression and time series model andneural network model, the forecast of water consumption, verified, apply toshenyang water consumption forecast.According to the methods of network analysis model is set up at home andabroad, combined with shenyang actual situation of water supply pipe network inshenyang macro model is established, the water supply network in a number ofimportant point of pressure and water flow rate, pressure and pumping stations, thequantitative relationship between them is established. Upon examination, the errorin the range of allowed, provided the necessary constraints for optimizationdispatching.According to the large water supply scheduling characteristics of old industrialcities, based on case-based reasoning (CBR) of the basic structure of the watersupply dispatching system, the application of genetic algorithm to modify a case ofcalculation and the analysis, the simulation example is given, and the results showthat in the practical application of water supply in shenyang effectively reducedoperating costs, in the large-scale urban water supply optimal scheduling of its hasgood applicability and application prospect.
