Soil salinization is one of the important factors affecting crop production and development, this serious problem is widespread worldwide.Rice is one of the few crop yields can be obtained under the influence of salt,it also helps to make table salt leaching the soil,so the rice can be a crop for soil desalination. This test takes two groups of DH lines,(salinity strong indican varieties)Zhenshan 97x(salinity strong japonica varieties)Wuyujing 2 as the parent group DH lines which constructed the main test material. And takes(Salinity weak japonica varieties)Kongyu 131 x(salinity weak japonica varieties)Daohuaxiang 2 as parent groups,a hybrid of DH lines controlled trial material.Based on the constructed genetic linkage map.Studying the salt tolerance of rice germination, seedling leaves salinity Stay Green, seedling planting medium salinity resistance, saline planting salinity of identification methods.Rice germination,seedling,seed-related traits of the salinity had been doing QTL mapping.Specific results are as follows:36 related to salt resistance of QTL were detected.Locate the five QTL under salt stress associated with rice germination rate;leaves stay green assay method to get four QTL under salt stress, two QTL under alkaline stress and two QTL under salinity stress;alkali stress medium planting been determined based grading determined two QTL and survival measured three QTL;salt stress planting medium been determined based grading determined three QTL and survival determination four QTL;Saline planting rice obtained getting five seedling of salinity-related QTL and 6 seed of salinity-related QTL.This experiment provide reliable data for further breeding of salinity varieties and in-depth study of the mechanism by studying salinity QTL mapping on rice DH groups.
