Mycorrhizas is a mutualistic structure between plant roots and soil fungi.Since the concept of mycorrhiza was proposed in 1885,there is more and more research on it.From the study of mycorrhizas on morphology to the research on the gene level lays foundations for the application of mycorrhizal fungi.The purpose of this study is to explore the research methods of ectomycorrhizal function,compare two primers's quality of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,analysis the factors which impact the distribution of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in our country.This study observed Pinus massoniana's height when had inoculated ectomycorrhizal fungi Pisolithus tinctoriusand Cenococcum geophilum in different nutritional conditions of water beads.The molecular identification methods when used ITS and SSU-ITS-LSU primers of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi were compared.Using meta-analytic methods have analysised the distribution of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.This paper studied the changing trend of Pinus massoniana Lamb while it have been inoculated Pisolithus tinctorius and Cenococcum geophilum under the different condition of nutrition.And then we measured the growth change of thePinus massoniana Lamb.We applied the means of molecular identification to arbuscular mycorrhizas fungi.Gathering data from articles is in order to analyze the influencing factors of arbuscular mycorrhizas fungi distribution in our country.The study found that there are no statistically significant differences in the change of the Pinus massoniana Lamb under the different nitrogen sources conditions.The primers what Kruger designed is more applicable than the primer ITS,through identifying the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.We found the soil pH and mean annual precipitation of the sample plots had notable correlation with the distribution of the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.But other environmental factors were on the contrary,it was because that other environmental factors act on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi together.In this study,the research methods of the functional diversity of ectomycorrhizal fungi have a preliminary exploration,it reaches a good basis for the researches in future.There is great significance in the indagation and practical applications of the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi by analyzing the distribution law of the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.
