Rice Daohuaxiang 2 and Kongyu 131 is high quality main rice varieties in the north,but Daohuaxiang 2 has late heading stage,and the ability to resist lodging shortcomings is poor,it's seriously affect the adaptive selection of planting area and rice production;Kongyu 131 doesn't has the characteristics of aromatic and weak of the rice blast resistance.So,our experiment first by chemical mutagen EMS treatment modified rice Daohuaxiang 2,then by molecular markers and gene polymerization modified rice Kongyu 131.Using 0.82%EMS mutagen to deal with rice varieties Daohuaxiang 2 seeds,and additive generations 12238 plants and investigate statistical M2 generation plants.In3192 morphological mutation plant form 386 plants appear early mutations and 4plants extremely early mutations.Survey heading stage of M4 generation plant,the result shows that there are still 198 materials show is early,can be genetic variation rate was 65.56%,including four copies of extremely early can stable genetic material.M2 extremely early mutant and wild type traits of hybrid offspring separation ratio of about 3:1,proved to be controlled by quality gene or main effect QTL genetic traits.M6 generation in four copies of extremely early material can be stable heredity,Investigation of seed analysis showed that mutant heading stage shortened obviously,short plant height,but other agronomic traits was no significant difference compared with wild type.Then use the prime that inside of scent gene Osbadh4 identification of four material,confirmed that the mutant still have the fragrance of rice Daohuaxiang 2.By molecular marker assisted selection and molecular markers polymerization combined with traditional hybridization,gene Osbadh4 and fragrance rice blast resistance genes Pi1,Pi2,Pi9 polymerization to Kongyu 131.Through four improved Kongyu131?contain Pi1,Pi2,Pi9,fgr gene?for the parent to hybrid polymerization.In?Pi1×fgr?,?Pi2×fgr?,?fgr×Pi9?and?Pi1×Pi2?four F2 generations of hybrid population choose 200 strains screened prospect of molecular markers,respectively.Obtain 6,7,8,4 strains of double polymerization pure and individual genes plants,respectively.In F3 generation of polymerization plant gene chip analysis,in addition to the differences between target gene fragment and Kongyu 131,the rest of the background are the same as Kongyu 131.The agronomic traits survey results showed that aroma quality and disease resistance level are improved significantly,and other properties have no significant difference form Kongyu 131.Then double genes polymerization plant hybridization,hybrid approach to?Pi1+Pi2?×?Pi1+fgr?and?Pi1+fgr?×?Pi9+fgr?.Their F2 generation 4 and 6 three genes polymerization convergent plants.Genotype is?Pi1+Pi2+fgr?and?Pi1+Pi9+fgr?,respectively.
