As an agricultural country,The development of agricultural production in china is playing a very important role in guarantying the long-term and sustainable development for our society and economy.However,the shortage of water resources is becoming a major factor which restricts our agricultural development increasingly.In order to relieve the pressure of agricultural water use,China has increased its research and investment in agricultural water-saving technologies in the recent years.This thesis mainly studied the soil moisture measurement and the fusion algorithm based on these soil moisture data,and then constructed a new decision-making system related to soil moisture in crop area.The main research contents are summarized as follows:1)Design of the Portable soil moisture detection device.Based on a low power microcontroller of C8051F410 and the MS-10 soil moisture sensor,a new portable soil moisture detection device with time recording,data storage,real-time display and Bluetooth transmitting data was designed and then completed about it assembly and commissioning was also completed.2)Binary consensus algorithm design.A new N-state binary consensus algorithm was constructed combining with the average consensus,roulette wheel theory and the four-state binary consensus algorithm,where the algorithm solved the problem that the original algorithm convergence rule relied on personal experience,the number of states cannot be easily extensible,and the relations between the number of state and the accuracy rate cannot be consider.Moreover the genetic algorithm was applied to optimize the initial probability distribution for improving the predictive accuracy.Finally simulation results showed that the improved algorithm has a higher prediction accuracy,which can be used to make accurate soil moisture decision-making after normalizing the detected humidity data.3)Software design of the host computer.The water-saving irrigation decision-making software was designed by using the MATLAB GUI tool and the binary consensus algorithm.According to the moisture requirements of different crops,the setting was given and then all detected data were normalized into binary ones firstly.What is more,the irrigation decision was made according to soil moisture value detected from different sub-area which supported to the water saving irrigation.4)Verification and measurement of decision support system.The device was tested strictly both in lab and the outdoor through several sampled verifications in accord with the instrument calibration procedure,and the device also was tested in several real fields to verify the effectiveness of the device.
