The main point of this thesis is to study the key equipment of modern mountain water and fertilizer integration,and provides hardware support for reasonable fertilization.And select the appropriate accessories according to the function needs after model selection of the main parts of the experimental prototype.Aiming at the demand of irrigation automation in Guizhou mountainous area,this thesis studies the fertilizer applicator of water and fertilizer integrated key device by using Venturi tube suction principle.The developed fertilizing machine system is mainly composed of control part,mixed pipe,fertilizer liquid mixing tank,Venturi tube,EC&PH sensor,pressure sensor,humidity sensor and electric valve.To improve reliability and utilization rate of water and fertilizer of the fertilization system,Control system of fertilizer applicator combines fuzzy control technology with PLC system,and through MATLAB/Simulink to simulate the established model.Aimed at the using method,it uses local man-machine interface and remote upper computer interface to control,and use the mode of configuration to make the control content interfacial.Local control uses MCGS touch screen,remote control adopts Kingview design interface.And the remote control communication mode uses the domestic PLC special GPRS wireless communication module to communicate,which reduces the cost and solves the problem of cable inconvenience.In order to meet the needs of different users and make it's functions variety,the integrated control system of water and fertilizer not only adopts fuzzy control strategy to achieve fertilization,but also designed a certain period of quantitative fertilization.
