The experiment was carried out at the xinji,shenzhou and chengan experimental sites of national grain harvest project in the summer growing seson of 2017.24 maize varieties were used as material,and then investigate the disease occurrence,yield and quality traits with different varieties at three sites,and aslo using principal component analysis and cluster analysis method for comprehensive evaluation of 24 varieties of maize varieties with suited in central and south plain of hebei and provide theoretical referencef ormaize cultivation and sustainable development of hebei province.The main results were as follows:1.At the Xinji test site,XY335 and LH369 showed anti-small leaf spot,brown spot,and maculopathy;QS368 and XY688 showed anti-small leaf spot,gray spot,and brown spot.ZD958 showed that Anti-cancer,gray spot,brown spot,and maculopathy.At the Shenzhou experimental site,XY335 and LH369 exhibited both resistance to macular degeneration,brown spot,and maculopathy;QS368,XY688,and ZD958 exhibited resistance to macular,gray and brown spot.At the Cheng'an test site,QS368,XY688,and ZD958 showed both resistance to macular,gray and brown spot,and LH369 exhibited resistance to macular,brown and maculopathy.2.At the Xinji test site,the high and stable yield varieties were XY688,XY335,MC817,LH369,and ZD958 with mean HSCs of 1.12,respectively.At the Shenzhou experimental site,the high and stable yield varieties were XY688,QS368,ZD505,JD28,and NK971 with mean HSCs of 0.99,respectively.At the Cheng'an test site,the high and stable yield varieties were ZD958,FY298,XY1266,XY688,and DH3622 with HSCs of 0.97,respectively.3.At the Xinji test site,the higher soluble protein contents varieties were KY1101,FY298,XDN001,ZD958,and XY688 with an average content of 23.78 mg/g.The higher crude starch content were QS368,HN887,NK971,XY688,and ZD958 with an average content of 496.14 mg/g.the higher crude fat content were QS368,XY688,JF17,DH3622,and DH605 with an average content of 48.71 mg/g.At the Shenzhou experimental site,the higher soluble protein content varieties were JD38,XY688,MC817,KY1101,and QS368 with an average content of 20.26 mg/g,the higher crude starch content were XY688,JF17,XDN001,LS838 and LY86 with an average content of 312.99 mg/g,the higher crude fat content were QS368,XY688,NK971,ZD958,and JF17,the average content of 41.79mg/g.At the Chengan test site,the higher soluble protein content were XY688,XDN001,JF17,ZD958,and QS368,with an average content of 22.57 mg/g,the higher crude starch content varieties were ZD958,XY688,LS838,LH369,and LY86 with an average content of 318.59 mg/g,the higher crude fat content varieties were KY1101,XY688,ZD958,DH3622 and XDN001,the average content of 43.69mg/g.4.Taking comprehensive consideration of the comprehensive traits such as disease resistance,grain yield and grain quality of 24 maize varieties at the Xinji experimental site,the top five maize varieties were XY688,NK971,ZD958,XY1266 and LH369,with comprehensive scores of 0.81-1.43,respectively.At the Shenzhou test site,the top five maize varieties were QS368,XY335,NK971,ZD958,and JD28,with comprehensive scores of 0.70-1.05,respectively.At the Chengan test site,the top five varieties For XY1266,XY688,NK971,LH369 and XY335,the composite scores were 0.72-1.60,respectively.5.XY688 have high and stable yield,strong disease resistance,soluble protein content,crude fat content and crude starch content,it is suitable to sowing in the central and south plain area of hebei.
