A Comparative Study On The Construction And Management Of Marine Ranching Demonstration Zones In My Country

In recent years,marine ranching has gradually emerged as a new fishery industry mode.However,in the process of construction management,there are certain problems which that affect the healthy and sustainable development of marine ranching.The construction and management of marine ranches is directly related to the success of marine ranching.Scientific and effective construction and management methods have important theoretical and practical significance for the construction and development of marine ranching,as the same time,it is also important to the healthy and sustainable utilization of marine fisheries resources and the development of the marine economy.At present,there are few analyses on the construction and management of marine ranching in China.In particular,there is less analysis on the management of different types of marine ranching in the south and the north.How to scientifically and effectively manage construction and management of different types of marine ranches in the north and south is a key issue related to the successful construction and sustainable development of it.Through the method of investigation and theoretical analysis,this paper makes a comparative analysis on the management methods and management modes of the management and public welfare marine ranching construction in China,and puts forward the improved measures and management system.First,based on the literature review and analysis,this paper discusses the related concepts of the marine ranch construction management and the development status at home and abroad.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation,development trend of the management of marine ranch construction in the north of China,and analyses the existing problems,such as the characteristics of enterprise leading and so on,and people always pay attention to economic benefit but the ecological benefit are ignored.The present situation,the trend of development and the government leading characteristics and the single source of capital are analyzed,and the differences and characteristics of the management of the operation and public welfare of the marine ranching are compared by case analysis.Finally,based on the construction process of traditional marine ranching,this paper puts forward the construction process of modern marine ranching,puts forward corresponding construction management system for and construction management of public welfare marine ranching,and puts forward corresponding solutions and suggestions on the existing problems of management and construction of public welfare marine ranching.The results of this study are as follows:1,the northern part focuses on the construction of operational marine ranching,and the southern part focuses on the construction of public welfare marine ranching.2,the management mode of operating marine ranching is mostly the business autonomy management mode led by enterprises,supported by the government and characterized by prominent economic benefits.We need to strengthen government leadership,improve policy support and supervision mechanism,and promote the development of operational marine ranches.3,the management mode of public welfare marine ranching is mostly government led,multi-party collaboration,and the government led construction management mode characterized by prominent ecological benefits.It is suggested to expand the sources of funds,strengthen publicity,improve the comprehensive benefits and promote the development and construction of public welfare marine ranches.
