At present,the problem of the spraying of pesticide liquid in the acceleration and deceleration stage of the plant protection UAV exists in the field and ground aerial defense operation.Most of the current solutions are to shut down the pump in the acceleration and deceleration stage of the plant protection uav and finish the edge sweeping at last.Although the scheme controls the damage to crops from pesticides,it increases the time cost and reduces operational efficiency.According to the above situation,STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer is used to design a kind of intelligent spraying system based on plant protection drone centrifugal nozzle,making the eppo unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)during the deceleration phase liquid spraying speed effectively with the plane speed regulation so that the liquid medicine spraying uniformity rise greatly,avoided because of the liquid medicine spraying uneven bring enormous damage to crops,improve the working efficiencyBasing on above,the eight-rotor wing plant protection UAV is used as a flight platform to design and research the centrifugal nozzle with its matching spray system.The spray amplitude and droplet deposition have been studied.The research results are as follows:Firstly,the structure optimization test of multi-layer centrifugal sprinkler with controllable droplet is carried out.The optimum parameters of the centrifugal sprinkler are flow rate 1L/min,rotational speed 8000rpm,diameter 77mm,layer number 6 layer and angle 120 degree.The droplet size under this parameter meets the requirement of the best biological diameter 100-200mm,and the droplet spectrum width is the smallest,so that the droplet can be controlledSecondly,experiments were carried out to measure the distribution of the spray nozzles in different directions at different heights of 0.5m,1m,1.5m and 2m.When the nozzle was 1m away from the ground,the coefficient of variation of droplet deposition from the same distance from the center in different directions was the smallest.The nozzle spray rate is 2.1-2.4m.Therefore,the optimum working height of the nozzle is lm,and the spacing between the two nozzles should be between 2-2.4m.
