| In recent years, the major poultry epidemic situation at home and abroad affects the local farming economy and human health.Whether it is the stable development of aquaculture economy or the social public health safety,it is of great significance to strengthen the epidemic situation monitoring and to effectively improve the effectiveness of immunization against epidemic diseases, and the prevention and control of grass-roots immunization is even more effective in the country. The "vanguard" of animal epidemic prevention and control at all levels in provinces and cities.By participating in the spring surveillance of avian influenza in 14 villages and towns of Liulin town, the immune level of avian influenza vaccine in Liulin town of Shanxi Province was analyzed by using hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition techniques. The results showed that the overall qualified rate of Liulin town from 2014 to 2017 was 91.36%and 81.13%and 81.00%and 92.21%respectively,all of which were above the standard of 70%.From the results(Table 4),we can see that the qualification rate of 14 villages and towns is the highest in Liulin town,95.56%,which is far higher than the national standard. The lowest qualified rate is 78.05%in Ruiyan town, which is close to the national standard. Therefore, there is a difference in the annual average qualified rate of 14 townships, and the low pass rate of some villages and towns is analyzed by simulating the production practice as the research model, and the immunization times and routes are analyzed. The effects of vaccine preservation methods and other factors on the immune effect of avian influenza vaccine were preliminarily analyzed.Through this experiment,we can see that the immune management of poultry breeding in Liulin town is basically in line with the standard, and has achieved good immune effect;there are still problems in the immune effect of some villages and towns in Liulin town. The main influencing factors are that the standardization of immunization procedures is not strict, and there is room for improving the quality of avian influenza immunization. |
