In recent years,the state has attached great importance to agricultural development and introduced many policies to encourage and support innovation in the agricultural sector.Facility agriculture has received extensive attention from society as an important part of modern agriculture.The solar greenhouse is an important infrastructure for facility agriculture.It can realize the off-season production of fruits and vegetables in the cold winter in the north and solve the problem of winter vegetable supply in the northern region.It is one of the key agricultural development facilities in the northern region.However,in actual production,many greenhouses are not fully effective due to the irrationality of greenhouse design or the lack of geographical specificity.Based on the characteristics and existing problems of traditional solar greenhouses,combined with the climate characteristics of Daqing,this paper proposes a new solar greenhouse design scheme from two aspects:functional innovation and structural optimization.It mainly adopts the adjustment of the spatial layout of the greenhouse,rationally utilizes the above-ground and underground space,and realizes the reorganization of functions;using the classical greenhouse design theory combined with the actual production to optimize the structure of the lighting angle,the front roof curvature,the heat preservation and heat storage,etc.,and the snow load and the wind load,construction live load and crop hoisting load were calculated.Finally,the structural analysis software midas was used to calculate the stability of the force,and the rationality of the design of the greenhouse parameters was verified.The main content of the new solar greenhouse design in Daqing area.Functional innovation design:combining traditional greenhouses with building construction,integrating fruit and vegetable planting,warehousing and processing to realize the factory production of greenhouses;making full use of the rear shade space of traditional greenhouses to create three floors above and below the ground,significant improve the land utilization rate;replace the back wall of the traditional greenhouse with a room,reduce the heat loss and increase the heat storage capacity,and at the same time use the double membrane double quilt design to improve the insulation performance of the greenhouse.Structural optimization design:The greenhouse is a framed arch steel structure solar greenhouse with a total span of 16 m,one of which has a greenhouse span of9 m,a workshop section with a width of 7 m,a greenhouse length of 70 m and a total height of6.5 m,building floor area 1120 m~2;a conventional greenhouse 70 m×9 m,area 630 m~2;a processing workshop part 70 m×7 m,area 490 m~2;second floor planting space part 70 m×7 m,area 490 m~2;basement part 40 m×7 m,area 280 m~2,total available area of 1890 m~2,land utilization rate of 1.7.The lighting angle is designed according to the solar energy intercepted by the solar eclipse on the winter solstice day,which is equal to or greater than the solar energy intercepted by the spring equinox in the 40°N area.The roof angle of the greenhouse is37°before the main lighting;the building adopts frame structure,solid brick filling,wall thickness 37 cm,the thickness of the polystyrene board is 12 cm.This paper combines the design of new solar greenhouses in Daqing area,and discusses the application of new solar greenhouses in Daqing area,and summarizes and prospects its application prospects and future optimization.The greenhouse design will provide theoretical basis and construction reference for the innovation construction of solar greenhouses in high latitudes in China.
