Compared with traditional farming methods,no-tillage sowing technology has the advantages of less farming links,effectively saving production resources and labor,reducing the erosion of the soil by natural factors,and improving the ability of the soil to resist drought and cold.It plays an important role in promoting agricultural green production and promoting agricultural economic development.However,in the process of practical application,it is found that the furrow depth is different,the pest control is difficult,and the stalk congestion rate is high.This study is based on the Hainan Provincial Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund Project "Conservation Cultivation to Improve the Aggregate Structure of Red Soil in Hainan Province"(519QN289)and the Innovation Team Project of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agriculture(19CXTD-31),and is based on the optimization of no-tillage sowing technology.The starting point is to start the model.With the aim of improving soil structure,improving crop quality and yield,and realizing the utilization of straw resources,this paper innovates the mechanism covering no-tillage sowing technology,and carries on the experimental research on the technical model and supporting equipment,the details are as follows:Firstly,based on the analysis of no-tillage sowing technology and the development status of no-tillage sowing machine at home and abroad,in order to solve the existing problems,a new technology of no-tillage sowing of corn with substrate cover was proposed.In order to clarify the main influencing factors of the technology,the ratio of corn plant distance,substrate cover,and sheep dung were the influencing factors,and the single factor test was conducted with corn plant height,stem thickness,and yield as evaluation indicators.The optimal parameter range of each factor is determined by the experiment.Then,based on the technical requirements determined by single factor test,the matrix mulching no-tillage seeding machine was developed by means of engineering and information technology.The main working parts and control system of the planter are designed and optimized,and the performance of the equipment is verified by experiments.Finally,on the platform of the substrate cover no-tillage planter,the ratio of corn plant distance,substrate cover and sheep dung was taken as the influencing factors,and the soil physical and chemical properties and corn growth traits were used as the evaluation indicators to conduct the orthogonal rotation combination experiment with three factors and five levels.The response surface analysis method is used to optimize the results and finally determine the key technical parameters of the matrix covered corn no-tillage sowing technology.This study combines no-tillage sowing technology with resource utilization technology ofstraw,puts forward the model of no-tillage sowing technology of corn with mechanism cover,develops the supporting equipment,and defines the key parameters of the technology through field experiment.The results are of great significance to optimize the no-tillage sowing technique and improve the quality of crops and soil.
