Research On Scale Cuttings And Seed Germination Of Lilium Duchartrei Franch

Scaly cutting and seed breeding are the important breeding methods of lilies.A large number of studies have shown that scale cutting can improve the reproductive coefficient of lily,and expand the number of Lily propagation.Seed propagation is beneficial to improve the adaptability of lily to environment.The scale cutting and seed germination of lily were influenced by natural conditions?illumination,temperature difference and other factors?and hormone.Control of cutting plant and seed growth coordination,hormone,hormone type and concentration differences on Cuttage plant and seed germination effects are not the same;temperature and light on Seed Germination and plant cutting effect,but the effect on the germination of Baoxing Lily Scale Cutting and seed,fresh reports.According to this situation,we selected scales and seeds of Baoxing lily as experimental materials on the experiment,and adopted two methods:middle scale cutting and petri dish breeding to try to explore the influences on the cormels generation formation by scales cutting and seed germination of Baoxing lily in different temperature,light time,and hormone concentration.The results of the study are as follows:?1?Hormone treatment had a significant effect on the root length of the cutting scale,the diameter of the cormels,the fresh weight of the cormels,the propagation coefficient of the cormels and the germination rate of the cormels.Firstly,when the hormone IBA 50 mg/L alone was used,the above index of cormels is optimal;Secondly,when IBA 100 mg/L,GA₃ 50 mg/L and IBA 50 mg/L interact,it is beneficial to increase the diameter and weight of the cormels;Three kinds of light length have a significant effect on the scale cutting and seed germination of Baoxing Lily.In the scale cutting,12h/d illumination condition is beneficial to increase the weight,the propagation coefficient and the germination rate of the cormels;In the temperature treatment,the appropriate temperature for cutting of Baoxing lily scales is temperature?15/8°C for pre-cutting and25/15°C for mid-late period?,which is conducive to the formation of cormels.When the temperature is lower than 15°C,the formation of cormels by cutting will be limited.?2?in terms of Baoxing lily seeds?germination,the germination rate of seeds is best when using GA₃ 400 mg/L andCK?fresh water?treatment.Three kinds of light length have a significant effect on the seed germination of Baoxing Lily.In the scale cutting,12h/d illumination condition is beneficial to increase the weight,the propagation coefficient and the germination rate of the cormels;in the seed germination test,12h/dillumination condition is more conducive to the seed germination of the Baoxing lily.In the temperature treatment,the optimum temperature for seed germination of Baoxing Lily is 25°C.?3?In the entire process of scale cutting,the starch content and soluble sugar content in the scales are generally decreasing.During the middle period of cutting,the starch and soluble sugar in the scales increase,and the starch is converted into soluble sugars,which provides sufficient nutrition for the formation and development of small cormels.Among them,the soluble sugar content decreased fastest under 50-100mg/L IBA and12h/d light treatment.
