Rice blast is one of the most destructive diseases in rice cultivation.At present,rice seedling use the strong acid to regulat acid for bacteriostatic and strong seedlings,however,it cause chemical pollution and safety problems.Therefore,it is very important to find safety and pollution-free ways.The study collected leaves were infected with rice blast,to experiment after isolation and purification of Magnaporthe grisea(M.grisea);selected acid producing edible fungus for biological acid regulation and made comparative test with seedling strengthening agent and concentrated sulfuric acid.Made artificial inoculation of M.grisea,compared the differences of the resistance of seedlings,the indexes of physiological and biochemical and strong seedlings;to explore the effect with the acid adjustment of edible fungus.The test results were as follows:1.Endogenous pathogens were separated and purified,according to biological morphological characteristics and the PCR detection and DNA sequencing doing screening.Finally,there were four pathogenic bacteria which were 99% homologous with the M.grisea published on the Internet,which were same from different areas.2.Metabolizing solution of Grifola frondosa(G.frondosa)had the lowest p H,which can reduce to 3.72,reached the demand of rice seedling soil acid regulation;the bacteriostatic experiment showed that: it can obvious inhibitory action on M.grisea,it was a significant positive correlation with metabolic fluid concentration.3.Metabolizing liquid of G.frondosa to acid regulating solution,the strong seedling effect lower than seedling strengthening agent,but it was better than concentrated sulfuric acid.4.After inoculation with M.grisea,all of treatments can promote rice disease resistance,but significant differences between them,seedling strengthening agent and mushroom bran groups had the best effect on root activity.The G.frondosa metabolizing liquid group had early effect on chlorophyll content,and it had the most significant effect on improving soluble sugar and protein content as same as seedling strengthening agent,it quickly increased the activities of POD and PPO,the seedlings had highest resistance to M.grisea and the seedling strengthening agent come second.In summary,metabolizing liquid of G.frondosa had abilities of acid regulating and inhibition of M.grisea,If combining with mushroom bran in production will have a better effect to improve soil fertility and the resistance of seedlings to M.grisea,it has the theoretical feasibility to replace the traditional chemical acid regulation.
