Study On The Willingness Of Farmers To Return Straw To The Field And Its Influencing Factors In Mishan City

With the change of development concept,all countries in the world pay more attention to the research of environmental protection and resource recycling.Especially in the process of agricultural production,improving the utilization rate of straw resources can not only reduce the air pollution caused by straw burning in the past,but also effectively improve the soil quality and improve crop yield.In terms of straw resource utilization,straw returning to the field is recognized as a fast and efficient measure for straw recycling and utilization.However,as the actual subject of straw disposal,farmers' willingness to return to the field is the key to promote straw resource utilization.As an agricultural city,Mishan city produces a large number of straws every year.Although the implementation of the no-burning policy and the comprehensive utilization of straws such as the straw returning to the field,some of the straws are still in use.Therefore,the intention of farmers straw returning to the field in Mishan city and its influencing factors were studied.This paper conducted field research on 16 townships under Mishan city,and obtained sample data by means of interviews and questionnaires.A total of 330 questionnaires were issued,among which 304 were effective questionnaires.The author describes and analyzes the characteristics of farmers,their social network,economic resources,ecological cognition,their personal views and external environment,and their willingness tostraw return to the field.Based on the research of previous scholars,the study of basic theories and the analysis of survey data,the research hypothesis and variable selection were carried out.Through Logistic regression model analysis,according to the results of model operation,the significant influencing factors of farmers' willingness to return straw to the fields in Mishan city include the education level of farmers,whether to accept a straw returned related technical guidance to help,relatives and friends around returning to whether have an impact on farmers,spending more additional cost,pests and diseases caused by straw mulching will affect crop yield,worry about hiring returning agricultural machinery operation quality not up to standard and whether government subsidies are sufficient seven variables,significant effects on the will of farmers straw returned.By analyzing the results of running the model,this paper proposes that Mishan city in the development of straw return policy can be referred,integrating land and rural cooperatives unified straw returning to the field to reduce the cost,strengthening the monitoring,early warning and prevention of diseases and insect pests,guiding farmers to return to the field with the help of social networks,strengthen the supervision of the quality of the straw returned and perfect the straw counters-field way of related technical guidance,strengthen the policy support and increase the intensity of subsidies,these Suggestions,so as to improve basic farmers' willingness to straw returned.
