Study On Willingness And Influencing Factors Of Straw Returning To Farmland In Cheng An County

Straw remanding to fields is an important way to improve soil fertility and prevent straw burning,which is of great significance for developing ecological agriculture.Based on data obtained through questionnaires,the article uses binary Logistic regression analysis,studied the present situation and the factors influencing the will of straw remanding in Chengan County.The research shows that in recent years Chengan County has attached great importance to the straw remanding work,improved the working mechanism,established the support policy.perfected the technical guidance and assessment mechanism,and made a higher remanding rate and a larger remanding area.However,the situation of passive straw remanding is still to be changed.The technology of remanding to fields has yet to be improved and the cost to make this should be reduced.In view of this,Chengan County should further enhance related propaganda,improve its policy and improve the enthusiasm of farmers to remand straw to fields.The total quantity of valid samples is 389,268 of which offered to remand straw,accounting for 68.89% of the total number of samples,and 121 of which are not willing to remand straw,accounting for 31.11% of the total samples.This shows that some farmers are reluctant to make straw remanding..Model analysis shows that farmers' remanding straw to fields has the feature of heterogeneity.On famers' will of straw remanding,the influencing factors include if they attended straw remanding training,if they started a family farm or attended planting professional cooperation teams,the degree of straw burning investigation in towns,if there is a reward on straw remanding and the cost for local straw remanding.The unimportant factors include gender,age,level of education,non-agricultural income proportion in household income,whether knowing the relationship between straw remanding and environmental protection,whether knowing the relationship between straw remanding and soil fertility,whether knowing the relationship between straw remanding and crop yield,crops planting area,township straw remanding propaganda and local service on straw remanding.Aiming at the above problems and restricting factors,this article puts forward the following measures: to increase publicity and change the situation of passive straw remanding,strengthen technical training and improve the quality of work,energetically develop new agricultural business entities,increase the intensity of straw remanding and formulate straw remanding incentive and subsidy policies.
