China is a big country in grain industry.In agricultural production,soybean plays a leading role in grain output.A large amount of fertilizer is needed to ensure a high yield of grain.However,the low utilization rate of fertilizer leads to a series of ecological environmental problems.In order to reasonably use chemical fertilizer to reduce environmental pollution,this paper studies the control effect of genetic optimization rbf-pid algorithm on the control system of electric variable fertilizer.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The structure of the electric variable fertilization test bed,the main factors affecting the fertilizer application rate,the main three schemes of variable fertilization control and the design of the hardware part of the electric variable fertilization test bed were studied.The closed-loop control scheme of variable fertilizer application driven directly by dc motor is selected.The system is mainly composed of processor module,power module,keyboard module,display module and speed measurement module.(2)Through the control theory analysis of the control system strategy of electric variable fertilization,a method based on genetic neural network algorithm tuning PID is proposed.Matlab/simulink software was used to establish the simulation model of transfer function,and bp-pid,rbf-pid and genetic optimization rbf-pid were respectively used for simulation comparison.The rise time of genetic optimization rbf-pid algorithm was 0.014 s,the adjustment time was 0.015 s and the overdraft was 0.36%.(3)Test the electric variable fertilization test bed.Based on the results of fertilization test data,the fertilization precision and rotation speed characteristics of the variable fertilization control system were analyzed.When the rotation speed of the fertilizer discharging shaft is set at30-100r/min,the rotation speed of the fertilizer discharging shaft is proportional to the amount of fertilizer applied.The relative error of the fertilizer applied is less than 2.37%,the rise time is less than 1.07 s,and the overshoot is less than 2.71%.To sum up,this paper deeply analyzes the control characteristics of genetic optimization rbf-pid algorithm,including theoretical analysis,software simulation,test bench test and other methods.The results show that the rbf-pid algorithm based on genetic optimization has higher stability and robustness,which can meet the requirements of variable fertilization technology inprecision agriculture.
