In order to solve the problem of technology lagging behind and serious food loss in China's grain storage monitoring and management.Follow the grain storage specifications and apply advanced technology to design an intelligent granary monitoring and management system which can achieve grain storage safety,convenient monitoring and technological innovation to meet the needs of practical applications.Based on the research on food situation monitoring at home and abroad,the thesis proposes solutions to problems and predicts development trends.The thesis designs the overall scheme,selects Zig Bee wireless sensor network to realize the data collection and make a reasonable design for the layout of network nodes according to the field environment of the granary.According to the required functions,complete the hardware circuit design of the node,including the design of the CC2530 main control chip,the circuit design of the power module,and the design of different types of network nodes.Based on the above hardware circuit,complete node software program design,including coordination node network design,terminal node data acquisition design,data transceiver module design,serial port driver program design,A/D conversion module design,etc.Transfer the collected data to the Io T gateway through wired or wireless,then the gateway implements connecting the local area network to the Internet.The data is transmitted to the database server,and the upper computer obtains real-time data from the database server.To further assess the state of food security,find anomalies in time,enhance managers' decision-making ability,study the C4.5 random forest algorithm optimized by rough set and apply it to the upper computer software function of intelligent granary monitoring management system.Through Matlab simulation,it is found that the random forest optimized by rough set attributes reduction can achieve better classification results,enhance the accuracy and rate of food security discrimination and have a strong application value when combined with the host computer software.Utilize software programming tools Intelli J IDEA,Java language and Mysql database management platform,apply SSM framework,Echarts front-end framework,etc to develop an intelligent monitoring and management system.Among them,the user module implements user management functions,the monitoring module implements real-time monitoring of field data,curve display of historical data,queryof historical data reports,and alarms for abnormal conditions.Combined with the research on the food security discrimination algorithm,help managers to monitor granaries in a timely and effective manner and adopt control strategies for abnormal conditions.
