The scale of agricultural greenhouses is gradually expanding with the development of national economy,and the progress of the internet era,which brings new ideas to agricultural production.Traditional production mode can not achieve timeliness in acquiring and controlling environment parameters.If the factors such as temperature and humidity,concentrations of carbon dioxide,soil water content and light,which are most critical to vegetable growth,can not be reasonably allocated and controlled,the yield of crops will be greatly reduced.At the same time,the excessive concentration of carbon dioxide and humidity,will bring serious harm to the body of cultivation personnel.Combined with the current situation and functional requirements,the remote monitoring system of intelligent agriculture is designed.The system is divided into three modules: data monitoring,wireless communication and control management center.The data monitoring module uses various types of sensors to complete the collection of field data.The wireless communication module adopts CC1110 of Simplici TI protocol,constructs a low-power network with serial topology structure,and the data transfer and processing is completed.In the control management center module,the intelligent agriculture management platform is developed.It has completed the display,alarm and analyse of on-site data,such as temperature and humidity,concentrations of carbon dioxide,soil water content and illumination,as well as the monitoring of the field fan,supplementary light lamp and other equipment.Combined with the device selection and requirements,the hardware circuits of the three modules are respectively designed.According to the functional requirements of three kinds of nodes in wireless sensor network,the program is designed respectively.Completed data acquisition and transmission of terminal nodes,the routing and forwarding of relay nodes,and the collection and upload of the central node are completed.Because the environment factors are not independent of each other,but there is a strong coupling;The hysteresis of system;As well as nonlinearity and so on.A fuzzy PID control scheme with predictive function is proposed,which can predict the controlled variables in advance and deal with the deviations in a fuzzy way.Compared with the simulation results of PID and fuzzy PID,it can be seen that the prediction of fuzzy PID does not need to establish accurate model,which can solve problems of coupling and lag in the field.The design of user information,data monitoring,historical data,control center,service station and other interfaces is completed by using Eclipse,SQL Server2012 tools and Java language,and the intelligent agriculture management platform based on B/S architecture is developed.Finally,the data acquisition effect and system control performance are tested.The real-time detection,data transmission and control management of the on-site environment are completed,and the feasibility of the overall scheme of the intelligent agricultural monitoring system is verified.
