On the basis of summarizing the development status of the grain monitoring system,combined with the application environment analysis and functional requirements analysis of the wireless grain monitoring system,the thesis designed the overall scheme of the systems,completed the system hardware selection,selected SimpliciTI as the wireless transmission network protocol for the grain condition monitoring systems and made profound analysis and development configuration on the protocol.The thesis elaborated the development process on hardware and software of the systems in details.It completed hardware circuit design for the nodes,which includes the CC1110 minimum system circuit,the power management module circuit,RS-485 communication circuit and sensor acquisition circuit.The above circuits are integrated into a PCB board.On the basis of the above hardware circuit design,the software design of three types of functional nodes was completed.Specifically,it includes the sensor terminal nodes(realized acquisition and transmission of information on temperatures,humidity,O2 gas and CO2 gas concentration in the granary environment),relay nodes(realized data forwarding to expand the coverage of wireless networks)and central nodes(realized management of entire wireless sensor network nodes and uploading of data).In order to further assess the safety of grain storage environment,the thesis introduced the D-S evidence theory and information fusion technology,integrated the raw data collected by various types of sensors in granaries and used the basic probability assignment decision-making method to obtain the safety status levels of grain storage environment according to the integration.The calculation showed that the technology could accurately judge the safety status of storage environment and realized the combination between theoretical research and practical application.Finally,with application of some visual programming tools including Visual Studio 2017,C#programming language and SQL Server database management platforms,it developed a set of C/S-based grain monitoring software with complete functions and realized many functions such as user management,real-time monitoring data display,historical data inquiries,report printing and data curve display.What is more,it transplanted the grain situation multi-sensor information fusion technology into the grain situation monitoring system software to help warehouse management personnel command the dynamic changes of grain-storing environment parameters and the food safety status.Finally,it verified the rationality of system node hardware and software design as well as the reliability and integrity of the monitoring software functions of a host computer through a system communication performance test.
