| Objective Investigating the curative effect of nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia and analysing the results,hoping to provide the method of reference about treatment of postherpetic neuralgia for clinicians timely and effective,so that there is an improvement to the patients with postherpetic neuralgia in daily life.Methods Selecting the time period between November 2014 to October 2016,we collected 52 cases from The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University and Dalian Central Hospital in postherpetic neuralgia patients according to the different treatment methods of these patients were divided into study group and control group,the overall situation were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were not treated with nerve block before this study.The control group has 26 cases who were given one or two kinds of sedative drugs orally,such as Gaba Martin,the recovery of neural function of drug pregabalin,vitamin B12,vitamin B1 orally;The study group has 26 cases,given the same treatment with control group,and then give the nerve block.The application of statistical analysis independent samples t test,percentile said method(n,%),chi square test,The patients in the two groups were observed and compared before treatment,immediately after treatment,1 weeks,half a month,1 months of pain score application visual analogue scale;a month later,the effective rate of clinical treatment and after one month,two groups of patients with the diseased place and the distribution of abnormal sensation of pain the number of properties;Observing the adverse reactions or side effects during the a month of treatment in the two groups.Results Two groups of patients were using the two methods and the pain vas were all decreased after treatment.Dynamic evaluation the pain score of the two groups of patients immediately after treatment and one week,half a month,one month,the results of study group scores were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P(27)0.05),and after a month the visual analog score of study group was significantly greater than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p=0.003);the overall effect evaluation of nerve block on postherpetic neuralgia clinical treatment after one month,the study Group: the number of cured cases were 3(11.5%),effective cases were 8(30.8%),good effect cases were 8(30.8%),the number of micro effect cases were 5(19.2%),invalid and asking again cases for nerve block were 2(7.7%),the total number of cases valid were 19(73.1%);the control group cured cases were 2(7.7%),the number of superior efficiency cases were 4(15.4%),the number of benign effect cases were 6(23.1%),the number of micro effect cases were 9(34.6%),the number of cases invalid cases were 5(19.2%).The total effective number cases were12(46.2%).The research group obtained results obviously better than the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P(27)0.05).Evaluating the above two methods after one month of treatment,the study group and the control group of sensory abnormalities and the degree of pain were reduced,but comparing with the control group,s patients it is decreased with the study group,s,the two groups was statistically significant(P(27)0.05).In terms of the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two kinds of treatment methods,there were 4 cases in the study group,and 12 cases in the control group,the number of study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There were 7 cases to stop medication appeared adverse reaction by themselves in the control group,3 cases reduced drug by themselves,2 cases with adverse reactions disappeared after symptomatic treatment,the adverse reaction in the study group were disappeared after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Postherpetic neuralgia-PHN is one of the most common complications of herpes zoster,herpes zoster in the elderly patients is much more common,the current in the clinical treatment and the effect of PHN is not satisfactory.This study through investigated the efficacy of treatment of PHN by observing the nerve block method,found the patient’s pain can be quickly release after the nerve block in the treatment of PHN,at the same time,nerve block can shorten the course of PHN and reduce the adverse reaction in the treatment of PHN,in a word,nerve block can improve the overall curative effect and the quality of life of patients.Objective To screen and verify the differentially expressed miRNA in human cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(c SCC)cells and normal Ha Ca T cells.Methods Screening the differentially expressed mi RNA in c SCC cells and Ha Ca T cells with gene chip technology,and we used real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)to tested the results.Results Compared with Ha Ca T cells,there were 39 mi RNA differentially expressed in c SCC,including 10 up-regulated and 29 down regulated.RT-PCR verified the mi R-100-5p significantly increased,mi R-205-5p and mi R-19b-3p significantly decreased(P<0.05),there was no significant difference of mi R-125b-5p(p>0.05),The results was in consistent with the results of microarray analysis.Conclusion cSCC cells have significant differences in the expression of mi RNA compared with normal Ha Ca T cells,these mi RNA may be a potential biological marker for c SCC diagnosis and treatment. |
