Research On The Prevention And Control Of Financial Risks In County-level Public Hospitals

County public hospital in various financial activities,due to the various internal and external reasons unpredictable or uncontrollable factors,so that the financial system is expected to deviate from the objective possibility of the formation of economic loss,which formed a financial risk.Financial risks exist not only affect the county-level public hospitals normal operating funds,it also undermines economic growth in the hospital,the hospital can make serious financial distress.How to prevent and control financial risks is an important issue to the county public hospital.This article through the literature collection and research at home and abroad to have a thorough understanding,explaining the concept of financial risk and financial risk of public hospitals,public hospitals,portfolio theory,balance theory,Public Goods theory etc of other basic theory,mainly adopts the normative research method and case analysis method,according to the characteristics of public hospitals in the county,with the analysis of H hospital case and reveals the types,causes and basic characteristics of financial risk of public hospitals in the county.Secondly,the paper studies and probes into the prevention and control of the financial risk of the county public hospital,and puts forward the principles and measures of the prevention and control of the financial risk of the county public hospital.
