Objective:to observe the Tongxinbi Mixture in treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)angina pectoris patients plasma vascular pseudo willebrand factor(vWF),? granule membrane protein 140(GMP-140),serum c-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?),interleukin 6(IL-6)content changes,angina symptoms and the changes of electrocardiogram curative effect indexes such as evaluation of Tongxinbi Mixture in the treatment of CHD angina pectoris clinical curative effect,study the improvement of endothelial cell injury,inhibit platelet activation,the mechanism of action of anti inflammation.Methods:Sixty cases of CHD angina patients who met the inclusion criteria of Qi-Yin deficiency and Phlegm blood stasis and heat toxic syndrome were selected.The 60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases per group.The treatment group was added oral Tongxinbi Mixture besides basic treatment while the control group was added Xinkeshu tablets,4 tablets at a time,3 times daily besides basic treatment.The two groups were given continuous medication for 4 weeks,a course of treatment,the clinical symptoms,ECG,comprehensive curative effect of CHD angina patients and the changes of plasma vWF,GMP-140,CRP,TNF-? and IL-6 were observed before and after the treatment.Results:two groups of CHD angina patients were significantly more effective in the clinical symptoms of CHD,and the treatment group improved significantly,P<0.05.The effects of electrocardiogram,angina pectoris,number of episodes and duration of the two groups were better than those before treatment,P<0.05,compared with 2 groups after treatment,P<0.05.The vWF,GMP-140,CRP,TNF-? and IL-6 of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:through Tongxinbi Mixture in patients with CHD angina pectoris clinical symptoms improved obviously,and shortened the duration of angina attack,reduce the frequency of the improved ECG curative effect,clinical curative effect is distinct.Its mechanism may improve endothelial cell injury,inhibit platelet activation and resist artery inflammation so as to achieve the purpose of treatment of CHD. |
