| Objective:Patients with unstable angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm obstructive coronary heart disease were enrolled in the clinical observation to verify the efficacy of the in-hospital preparation Shenhongtongluo Capsule in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris of this type of coronary heart disease and the safety of medication.It provides a new medication option for the clinical treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods: A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted between January20 and June 2018 in the Department of Cardiology at the Second Floor of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and patients hospitalized in the ninth floor.72 patients who met the criteria for inclusion in the study were selected.randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and each group was enrolled in 36 groups.The patients in the treatment group were given the new preparation Shenhong Tongluo Capsule on the basis of the routine use of Western medicine,and the control group was given the same type of Buchang Naoxintong Capsule on the basis of the routine treatment of Western medicine.The treatment cycle was 12 weeks,and the therapeutic evaluation points were used before and after treatment,and at the 4th week and the 8th week.the efficacy evaluation points,observe the efficacy of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome efficacy,nitroglycerin discontinuation rate,ECG efficacy,telephone follow-up of patients in the third month after the group 1 Secondly,the recurrence rate and cardiovascular events of angina pectoris were recorded,and the data were statistically analyzed to verify the efficacy and safety of Shenhongtongluo Capsule.Conclusion:A total of 72 patients were enrolled in the study,and 67 patients were actually completed.Among them,5 patients fell off from the subject due to some other reasons,and finally divided into 33 patients in the treatment group and 34 patients in the control group.1.Compare the general situation of the patients enrolled,The t-test was used to detectthe P values of the two groups were greater than 0.05,indicating that the patients in the treatment group and the control group were not significantly different.Differences,not statistically significant,are therefore comparable.2.Compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients have certain changes.The comparison results show that the total effective rate of coronary heart disease symptoms improvement is 93.93% after treatment in the treatment group.Afterwards,the total effective rate of symptom improvement was 82.35%,after the test P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Compared with the pre-treatment,the total effective rate was 69,70% in the treatment group,64.71% in the control group,and 4.99% in the treatment group,after rank sum test,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The comparison between the efficacy of angina pectoris,The total effective rate was 87.87% in the treatment group and 70.59% in the control group,and the rank-sum test,P <0.05,with significant differences.4.Compared with the nitroglycerin cessation rate,there were 18 people who stopped nitroglycerin in the treatment group,11 reduced the frequency of nitroglycerin use,and the total effective rate was 87.88%.In the control group,13 people stopped nitroglycerin and 9people The use rate of nitroglycerin was reduced,and the total effective rate was 50.12%.After comparison,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Comparison of blood lipids improvement,after t-test analysis,the improvement of blood lipids in the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: Shenhongtongluo Capsule has significant curative effect on the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis,turbidity and obstructive coronary heart disease,unstable angina pectoris,and high safety.The clinical study is meaningful. |
