Objective:To observe the improvement of pain in sciatica treated by SLRT acupunctured at Zusanli(ST36),and to explore its efficacy, safety and compliancing in the treatment of sciatica. Methods: A total of 60 patients were collected from September 2017 to January 2018 in the Department of Sichuan procincial opthopedic hospital and were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases. The control group was treated with routine hospitalization. The study group was treated with traction at the Zusanli(ST36),acupunctured point on the basis of the control group. The 5 day was a course of treatment and the interval between each course was 2 days, which the two groups were treated for 10 days of all.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by the short form SF-MPQ,BRS-6 and VAS.The last, the SPSS20.0 software is used to analyze the data. Results: 1.The pain improvement of sciatica before and after treatment:1.1 Two groups of patients after 2 courses of treatment,PPI and PRI decreased compared with before treatment, and after treatment, the test group scored 1(1-1),1(1-2.25)was significantly lower than the control group 2(1-2),4(2-5),two groups before and after treatment group comparison, after treatment, that was a significant differency between the two groups(P ?0.001).1.2,Two groups of patients after 2 courses of treatment,VAS was lower than before treatment, and after treatment, the score of test group was 0.65(0.00-2.30),which was significantly lower than that of control group4.70(2.28-5.18).There was a obvious difference between two groups before and after treatment, and between the two groups after treatment(P<0.001).During the treatment period, the two groups were compared with VAS.There was no statistical significance in treatment of 1-2DAY(P > 0.05).3-10 DAY scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group, whiche was significant differency between the two groups(P?0.002).1.3,Two groups of patients after 2 courses of treatment,BRS-6 was lower than before treatment. The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.05).2.The evaluation of curative effect after treatment:All of effectived rate of the test group was 96.67% significantly higher than the control group 86.67%,and the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Security assessment:Only 2 patients in the experimental group after needleappeared subcutaneous hemorrhage or ecchymosis, did not affect the next treatment plan.4.Compliance evaluation:In the experimental group,6 cases were in accordance with the routine group, and the compliance was 83.33%.Conclusion:Acupuncture at Zusanli can improve the analgesic effect.Combined with routine clinical treatment,it can improve the comprehensive efficacy of sciatica, increase the cure rate, and has good safety and compliance. |
