Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In Treating Ascites Due To Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Of Liver Cirrhosis

Objective:to study the clinical curative effect of Fuzilizhong decoction combined with Wuling Powder in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites syndrome with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang by prospective randomized controlled method,and to provide a scientific basis for its medication.To explore the effect of Fuzi Lizhong decoction combined with Wuling Powder on ascites of liver cirrhosis with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,and to provide a new method for the treatment of cirrhosis ascites with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.study methods:the subjects were all inpatients from the Department of Hepatology,the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine,from January 2017 to December 2017.60 patients who met the criteria included in this study were selected.According to the random principle,the treatment group and the control group were divided into treatment group and control group,each group with 30 people.The control group was treated with western medicine only,and the treatment group was treated with the addition and subtraction of Fuzilizhong decoction and Wuling Powder on the basis of western medicine treatment.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The TCM symptoms,clinical symptoms,signs,liver function,abdominal circumference,weight and 24 hours urine volume were observed before and after treatment in both groups,and SPSS21.0 was used according to the relevant therapeutic evaluation criteria.Statistical software,statistical analysis of its clinical efficacy.Results:after 4 weeks of treatment,there were 12 cases of remarkable effect and 16 cases of effective in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 93.3%in the control group,8 cases in the control group and 11 cases in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2 comparison of TCM syndromes score:before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(w:17.50±9.03,control group:17.70 ± 8.36).After treatment,the score of the treatment group was 9.15±7.17 and the control group was 13.67±6.46.After treatment,the TCM syndromes in the treatment group were improved better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of main indexes of liver function:(1)after treatment,alt and ASTBIL were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05,P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement of alt,AST and TBIL in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(4)abdominal circumference,weight and urine volume in 24 hours after treatment were better than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.05),and the improvement of 24 hours urine volume in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of ascites in cirrhosis with spleen and kidney yang deficiency can improve the clinical symptoms,signs,liver function,coagulation function,increase the urine volume of patients,reduce body weight,and dissipate ascites.It provides a useful reference for the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency.
