Objective:This research observed the clinical curative effect of Sinitang and Wulingsan to treat patients who were diagnosed with liver cirrhosis combined with ascites after hepatitis B.By observing the anti-fibrosis effects in rats with liver cirrhosis ascites as well as studying the changes of the liver cirrhosis rats' liver tissue,the paper further explores the mediated RAAS axis' s treatment mechanism of cirrhosis ascites after hepatitis B,so as to enrich the disease theory of TCM six patients with liver cirrhosis,to provide theoretical support for clinical application of classical prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and promote the development of the classical preions.Method:1?Clinical research65 patients with hepatocirrhosis combined with ascites after hepatitis b were collected,who were divided into the control group with 32 cases and the treatment group with 33 cases according to random number table method.The control group were given entecavir(ETV)antiviral + foundation treatment(protect liver and anti-inflammatory,etc.)while the treatment group were treated with ETV + base + Sinitang and Wulingsan;a total of 3courses of treatment,The clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment,liver function,hepatic fibrosis four,,hepatitis B virus load,ascites B ultrasound and Fibrotouh were used to detect liver hardness(KPA);Before and after treatment,1 months after treatment,after treatment,Ang-II,Aldo.2?Experimental researchMethods: SD female rats were given intraperitoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride and phenobarbital,the purpose of which was to make liver cirrhosis ascites model.The rats were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,the experimental group and the positive control group.Then,the blank group were drenched the same amount of distilled water as others',the experimental group Sinitang and Wulingsan,the positive control group colchicine,the model group distilled water like blank group after the successful making.Each group were drenched once a day.At the end of the experiment,each group were checked serum AST,ALT,propagated,RAAS index and four liver fiber indicators;and observed the change of liver tissue pathology,pathological changes of liver tissue by HE staining and ascites.Result:1?Clinical research Two groups,compared with the group that received no such treatment,were improved in clinical symptom score of abdomen,Clinical efficacy,AST,ALT,liver fibrosis index,index of RAAS,abdominal moisture degree and water stage integral(P < 0.05).There was statistical difference(P < 0.05)in the treatment group on AST,ALT,liver fibrosis indexes,clinical symptom score of abdomen,abdominal moisture degree and water stage points,compared with the control group.No obvious adverse reactions occurred on the two groups of patients during treatment.2?Experimental research1?Compared with blank group,the contents of AST,ALT,HA,PC-III,IV-C,LN,Ang-II and Aido were increased in the model group,ALB content was decreased(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the contents of AST,ALT,TBIL,HA,PC-III,LN,Ang-II and Aido in the experimental group were decreased and the content of ALB was increased(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference between the model group and the control group(P>0.05);2?The results of HE staining of liver tissue showed that the liver fibrosis in the model group was the most serious,and the experimental group was the least.3?After the treatment,the water and urine in the experimental group were lower than that in the model group(P < 0.05),which was also statistically significant.Conclusion:Sinitang and Wulingsan used to treat patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites after hepatitis B can improve such kind of patients' clinical symptoms integral,Clinical efficacy,AST,ALT,liver fibrosis indexes,RAAS index and water moisture and abdominal grading integral,and restrain the activation of RAAS,through which patients' life can be improved and extended.Abnormal activation of the RAAS axis can make liver cirrhosis more severe,but the animal experimental study shows that Sinitang and Wulingsan can improve the liver function and liver fibrosis index in the rats with the liver cirrhosis ascites,and exert its effect on anti liver fibrosis by inhibiting the activation of RAAS axis.
