| Objective: This study aimed to summarize regulations of Professor Yu Bin’s administering medicines and its characteristics of differentiation and treatment of functional constipation by using of TCM,expecting to provide clinical experience for the Chinese prevention and therapy for functional constipation.Methods: 217 Chinese herbal prescriptions of 202 patients with functional constipation treated by Professor Yu Bin from October 2015 to January 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were collected.The basic information,the four diagnostic information,prescription entry Microsoft Office Excel 2007 database,frequency statistical analysis of data.The data were analyzed by frequency statistics,and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to do Apriori algorithm of association rules,so as to summarize professor Yu Bin’s commonly used drugs and prescriptions for treating functional constipation.Results: 217 prescriptions used a total of 121 flavors of Chinese herbs and those belonged to 17 Chinese medicine categories,totaling 3137 frequency.The medicinal properties are mainly warm,cold and flat,and the medicine tastes bitter,pungent and gan,and is mainly composed of stomach meridian,spleen meridian and large intestine.High frequency medicine 11 flavors: wood incense,yellow company,fire hemp,magnolia,white peony,betel nut,bitter almond,raw ground yellow,bitter orange,herba cistanche,rhubarb,whose using frequencies are more than 50%;The frequently used drugs were Qi Regulating Drugs,Heat-clearing Drugs,tonifying herbs,purging drugs,and so on.The core of medicine combination was radices saussureae-Rhizoma Coptidis,semen cannabis-rheum officinale-herba cistanches,and the commonly used prescriptions are Maziren Wan、Fluid-increasing Decoction、Decoction of Four-Drug Juice.Conclusion: The characteristics of Professor Yu Bin’s treatment of functional constipation is pay attention to regulating qi and tonification and purgation in combination.Treatment characteristics of functional constipation is the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation. |
