The Clinical Efficacy Of Compound Huanggan Granule In The Treatment Of Recurrent Genital Herpes And Its Influence On T Cell Subsets

Research Pur Pose:The main purpose of this study is to observe the clinical curative effect of compound Huanggan granule in treatment of recurrent genital herpes,and its effect on peripheral blood T cell subsets;and to further explore the immune effects and mechanism of compound Huanggan granule in treatment of recurrent genital herpes regulating function.The research methods:Methods 66 patients with recurrent genital herpes were randomly divided into treatment group,compound Huang Gan granule group and control group,33 cases in each group.They were treated for 3 months.The treatment was observed,and the number of relapses was recorded and counted.T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)in the peripheral blood before and after treatment by flow cytometry.The results of the study : 1,the efficacy of attack: Compound Huang Gan granule and valaciclovir in the treatment of RGH attack,P>0.05 has no statistical significance,indicating that there is no significant difference in the efficacy of two drugs.2,recurrence rate and anti relapse rate: after 3 and 6 months' follow-up,P<0.05 was statistically significant.The recurrence rate of compound Huang Gan granule group was significantly lower than that of the group treated with valaciclovir.The total effective rate after 6 months of withdrawal was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of compound Huang Gan granule group was significantly better than that of valaciclovir group,indicating that compound Huang Gan granule has more advantages in the long-term treatment and anti relapse of RGH.3.the impact of T lymphocyte subsets: by detecting the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood before and after taking medicine,the results of two groups were statistically analyzed.P<0.05 and two drugs could regulate the immunity of patients.Two groups of patients after treatment between the two groups,after treatment between the two groups,in the peripheral blood of patients with CD3+,P>0.05,show the effects of two drugs on CD3+ had no significant difference;content of the CD4+ treatment group,CD8+ significantly,P < 0.05,indicating that the treatment group effect on CD4+,CD8+ more large;two groups of patients after treatment between the two groups,there was significant differencebetween CD4+/CD8+ group(P < 0.01),indicating that the treatment group has significant effect on CD4+/CD8+.It shows that the compound Huang Gan granule group is more obvious to the immune regulation.4.After three months of clinical medication,the general physical signs of the compound yellow Gan granule were stable,and the three routine,normal liver and kidney function and no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:1.There was no significant difference in the efficacy of two drugs in the treatment of RGH during the seizure period of compound Huang Gan granules and valaciclovir.2.The recurrence rate of the compound Huang Gan granule group was significantly lower than that in the valaciclovir group during the 3 and 6 month follow-up after the drug withdrawal.After 6 months' withdrawal,the anti recurrence rate of compound Huang Gan granule group was significantly better than that of valaciclovir group,indicating that compound Huang Gan granule has more advantages in the long-term treatment and anti relapse of RGH.3,by testing the level of peripheral blood CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/8+before and after taking medicine,the two groups of test results were statistically analyzed,two drugs can regulate the immunity of patients.The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/8+ were compared between the two groups after taking medicine.Statistical analysis showed that the increase of CD4+ and CD4+/8+ in the compound Huang Gan granule group was more obvious,and the decrease of CD8+ was more obvious.4,compound Huang Gan granule has obvious effect in alleviating symptoms,reducing relapse frequency and enhancing immunity in attack stage,and it is cheap,convenient and environmental friendly,which can enhance popularization and further research and development.
