| Objective: To select patients with knee sensation and blood stasis syndrome of knee OA(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)who have undergone arthroscopic debridement for knee joint swelling and pain.Oral Chinese herbal medicine Taohong Siwuye is the treatment group. As a control group, saponin sodium tablets were used to statistically analyze the circumference of the knee before and after treatment,Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score, and scores of KSS scores of patients undergoing knee surgery.Treatment of joint swelling and pain after arthroscopic knee arthroscopy provides clinical experience and more options. Methods:This study selected patients admitted to the Department of Ligature of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2017 to confirm the diagnosis of KOA and knee arthroscopic debridement.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of the cases,50 cases of knee joint swelling and pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were selected for arthroscopic surgery.Patients were divided equally into two groups: Taohong Siwuye group(treatment group)and Aescin sodium group(control group),with 25 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with Taohong Siwuye oral plus basic treatment for knee joint osteoarthritis after arthroscopic cleanup;the control group was treated with oral acupuncture sodium plus basic treatment for knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic surgery joint swelling and pain. The patient’s knee circumference,VAS score, and KSS score were statistically measured 1 day before arthroscopy and 1,3,7 and 14 days after surgery.Seven days after surgery, patients were evaluated according to the criteria for the diagnosis and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics. The data measured in this study were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Setting P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.The effective rates of the two groups were compared after treatment, the results showed no significant difference(P> 0.05).2.After treatment in the two groups, the circumference of the knee joint was compared on the first postoperative day with the third day,P>0.05,the third postoperative day was compared with the seventh day,P<0.05,postoperative day 7 Compared with the 14 th day,P>0.05;VAS score and KSS score change before and after treatment have significant differences(P<0.05).The changes of the circumference,VAS score and KSS score of the knee joints in the treatment group and the control group were compared after treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.During the course of treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group;in the control group,1 patient experienced gastrointestinal reactions after oral administration of sodium aescinate tablets, and the incidence of adverse events was 4%.Conclusions: Oral treatment with Taohong Siwuye can effectively relieve knee swelling and pain symptoms in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after knee arthroscopic debridement, and can improve knee joint function in patients with postoperative arthritis. And there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy with the oral treatment of sodium aescinate tablets.2.During the whole experiment,no adverse reactions occurred in the oral treatment of Taohong Siwuye. The safety was high and the side effects were small.3.Taohong Siwuye oral treatment for knee arthroscopic debridement is a knee sensation in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. It not only has a certain curative effect, but also is safe and reliable. It has clinical promotion value. |
