Clinical Observation Of Lanling Jiangzhi Decoction In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris With Spleen Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Lanling Jiangzhi Decotion of stable angina pectoris(spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome).Methods:Methods64 patients with stable angina pectoris who were in accordance with the spleen deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were selected as the research subjects.The patients were compiled by the random number table method,and the patients were coded for 1-64.They were treated group(Lanling Jiangzhi Decotion combined with Western Medicine)and control group(Western Medicine)respectively,and 32 cases were observed in each group.Treatment group:Lanling Jiangzhi Decotion decoction,a dose of water decoction,juice200 ml,100 ml/time,2times/d.juice 200 m L,100 m L/ times,2 times per day.The course of treatment was 4weeks.The TCM symptom score,angina pectoris,ECG,nitroglycerin withdrawal,homocysteine and blood lipid changes in two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the results were obtained through statistical analysis,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Lanling Jiangzhi Decotion.Conclusion:1.To improve the TCM symptoms and efficiency:Both groups were able to improve the symptoms of TCM after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of TCM,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of curative effect comparison of syndromes,significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating regular western medicine +Lanling Jiangzhi Decotion group and conventional western medicine treatment group can improve TCM symptoms,but the former is better than the latter.2.The angina symptom: Both groups were able to reduce angina attacks after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group than the control group can reduce angina,significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating regular western medicine+Lanling Jiangzhi Decotion group and western medicine group can relieve angina after conventional treatment,but the former curative effect is superior to the latter.3.ECG : After treatment of the two groups,the efficacy of ECG was significantly different,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the western medicine routine+Lanling Jiangzhi Decotion group was better than the western medicine group in improving the ECG ischemia.4.Dosage of nitroglycerin: The difference of nitroglycerin reduction in the two groups was significant,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the western medicine routine+Luling Jiangzhi Decotion group was better than the western medicine routine group.5.Hcy: Both groups were able to reduce Hcy after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the western medicine routine+Luling Jiangzhi Decotion group reduced homocysteine better than that of the western medicine routine group.6.Fat:After treatment,both groups had lipid lowering effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the western medicine routine+Luling Jiangzhi Decotion group was better than the western medicine routine group.7.There were 2 cases of abscission in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Patients with conventional westernmedicine+ Lan Ling Jiangzhi Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris spleen deficiency and phlegm block can significantly alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris,ECG,reduce the amount of nitroglycerin,improve TCM symptoms at the same time,can also lower blood lipids and Hcy levels,less side effects,safe and effective.
