| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of coronary dredging decoction in treating coronary heart disease(stable angina pectoris)with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome,evaluate its safety and effectiveness,and provide new ideas and directions for clinical prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:66 cases of stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into 33 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.The control group was given western medicine routine treatment and the treatment group was given western medicine routine treatment combined with coronary dredging decoction.Results:1.Angina pectoris curative effect:the two groups treated angina pectoris curative effect is better than before treatment,the treatment group is obviously better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Effect of TCM syndrome integral:the curative effect of TCM syndrome after treatment in both groups was better than that before treatment,the treatment group was obviously better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);3.ECG efficacy:both groups improved after treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate in the control group was76.67%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Coronary dredging decoction can relieve angina symptoms and and improve the quality of life of patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome).2.Coronary dredging decoction can improve the ECG ischemic state of patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome).3.Coronary dredging decoction can alleviate the TCM syndrome score of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome)and improve the clinical symptoms of patients. |
