Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 2-4 With The Method Of "Invigorating Kidney And Activating Blood

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of "Bushen Huoxue"(“BSHX”)prescription in treating patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods:68 cases of diagnosed CKD in our hospital were collected from November.2016 to December.2017.According to CKD stage,21 cases were divided into CKD stage 2,25 cases were CKD stage 3,22 cases were CKD stage 4 patients."BSHX" treatment was applied on the basis of conventional treatment,the course of treatment were more than 1 month.The outcome measures like serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,uric acid,urea nitrogen,albumin,hemoglobin integral and TCM symptoms were collected before and after treatment,using the self controlled study.Results:After treatment,it was found that the total effective rate of CKD in CKD stage 2 patients was 76.2%,in which serum creatinine,GFR,urea nitrogen and TCM syndrome scores were significantly improved compared with those before treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of CKD improvement in CKD stage 3 patients was 64%,in which serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,hemoglobin,urea nitrogen and TCM syndrome scores were significantly improved compared with those before treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of CKD improvement in CKD stage 4 patients was 9.1%,in which,hemoglobin,albumin,urea nitrogen and TCM syndrome scores were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to this study,we can find that after CKD stage 2,3 and 4 patients were treated with "BSHX" prescription,in which the scores of urea nitrogen and TCM syndrome were significantly improved.In CKD stage 2 and 3,serum creatinine and GFR were significantly improved.The total effective rate of CKD in CKD stage 2 was 76.2%,and The total effective rate of CKD in CKD 3 stage was 64%.In CKD 4 stage patients,the improvement of serum creatinine and GFR is not obvious,but it can still improve the hemoglobin and albumin.In conclusion,"BSHX" prescription has curative effect on CKD stage 2-4 patients to a certain extent.For CKD stage 2-3 patients,it can slowing down the progress of renal failure by reducing serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and improving GFR and mainly improve the hemoglobin and albumin for CKD stage 4 patients.
