| Objective: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the prescription characteristics and drug use of the intervention prescription of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,and to discuss the principle of in vitro insemination and embryo transfer by sorting out the literature of Chinese medicine intervention in vitro insemination and embryo transfer.In order to guide Chinese medicine intervention assisted reproductive technology drug selection and prescription application,for TCM gynecology to keep up with the development of modern medical technology,better guide clinical medicine to provide certain scientific basis.Methods: Retrieval from 1990 to 2017 by the literature of TCM intervention in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation,select qualified with a total of 267 references,the extraction of total 299 prescriptions,including complete case 169,disease,syndrome,of which one party,medicine to standardize the data cleaning,into Excel database for frequency statistics.And then using the Apriori algorithm will conduct correlation analysis on the collected data,to filter out the intervention of the in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer technique of prescription drug use frequency,analyze the relationship between syndrome,drugs,and use the SPSS data mining software on IVF-ET medicine for the different stages of clustering analysis,to explore TCM in IVF-ET compatibility rule and use the formulas in different stages.Results:1.items set frequency statistics:(1)By analyzing the study involved 271 kinds of symptoms,the highest frequency symptoms: thin white tongue coating,dizziness,lumbar debility,red tongue,lumbosacral pain,menstrual quantity is little,languid,tinnitus,poor appetite,irregular vaginal bleeding,veins thin,dark tongue,tongue reddish,amenorrhea,vein.(2)By analyzing the study concluded that drug 258 flavour,commonly used drugs have dodder,angelica,radix paeoniae alba,atractylodes,radix rehmanniae,radix glycyrrhizae,radix dipsaci,Chinese yam,mulberry parasitism,dangshen,dogwood,wolfberry fruit,astragalus membranaceus,poria cocos,salvia miltiorrhiza,eucommia bark,perfume,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,epimedium,medicinal indianmulberry root,radix paeoniae rubra,antlers,fructus ligustri lucidi,raspberry,donkey-hide gelatin,dried human placenta,radix scutellariae,cortex moutan,radix bupleuri,ramie root.(3)The main drug is to supplement the virtual medicine,hemostatic medicine,heat cure,blood circulation and blood circulation,and rational drug administration.2.Analysis of association rules:(1)The core symptoms are: soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dizziness,tinnitus,tiredness,thin tongue,red tongue,and lumbosacral pain.(2)The core group was extracted from the core group,which was cooked,dodder,angelica,radix paeoniae,continuous,white and licorice.(3)Drugs and symptoms of correlation analysis to extract dizzy,lumbar debility,lumbosacral pain,languid is associated with dodder,menstrual quantity is little,dizziness associated with rehmannia glutinosa,poor appetite,vaginal irregular bleeding associated with atractylodes.3.Each stage of drug use cluster analysis results: different stages in IVF-ET prescription clustering analysis for preoperative 3 core medicine group,drop swaps 3 core medicine group,promote the scheduling 3 core medicine group,3 core before transplantation medicine group,3 core after transplantation medicine group,fetus phase of the 3 core medicine group.Through the analysis found that 6 stages of medicine is to make up for virtual medicine is given priority to,emphasizes the qi and Yin and Yang,the rest is hemostatic,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs,water moisture penetration drug use is more,provide ideas for clinical medication.Conclusion:By using data mining technology,the law of TCM intervention in ivf-et syndrome differentiation is obtained.The commonly used drug pairs and drug groups have certain guiding significance for clinical practice. |
