Objective:Based on the theory of visceral manifestation,Using different human body positioning methods to observe and analyze the representations of infrared heat map of different compartmentalization of the skin of patients with hepatic cirrhosis and cirrhosis of liver cirrhosis,The digital basis was provided for the abnormal infrared heat map characteristics of the people with a stasis of the liver.methods:In this study,96 subjects were included in the study,We set the sub-health group and the disease group as the experimental group and set the healthy group as the control group.Our subjects were from physical examination department?sub-health center and digestive department of Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Hospital.The subjects were tested by DH-2010-B short focal length uncooled far infrared thermal imager,The image of the front,back,side and chest and abdomen of the subject was collected by instrumentation.We divided the subject's infrared thermal map into small observation areas by means of tri-positioning method,anatomical partitioning method and meridian angle positioning method,Select the average temperature,temperature difference,average temperature difference,the overall coincidence rate of the above area as the observation index.Finally,we have statistics and analysis of the data(SPSS21.0).Observe the distribution characteristics of infrared heat map of the group of liver qi stagnation syndrome,Results:1?Baseline analysis results:in this study,a total of 96 cases were included in the study,of which 5 cases were excluded and 1 case was fall of in the sub-health group,Finally finished 90 cases of infrared heat collection.There were no statistically significant differences in sex and age between the three groups(P> 0.05).2?Through the comparison of upper energizer?middle energizer and lower energizer infrared thermal maps,the results show that:The test group showed a difference in the middle energizer area.The average temperature of middle energizer in the sub-health group was 34.67±3.05 and in the disease group the middle energizer average temperature was 34.59±3.38,Both were higher than those in the healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3?Comparative analysis of the infrared thermal maps of the 16 regions of the skin by anatomical partition,the results show that:There were differences in the left rib area,the right rib area?stomach?left and the right ventrolateral area of the test group.The right ventrolateral area temperature of the sub-health group was the highest,which the mean temperature was 37.62±1.82.Followed by the left side of the right ventrolateral area?the left rib area and the right rib area,he difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The mean temperature of the abdominal area in the disease group was33.92±1.71,which compared with the healthy group was the lowest.Followed by the left abdomen,belly area,right abdomen,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4?Analyze the infrared thermal map from the meridian point of view,the results show that:Test group in ST?LR ?KI and SP are different.The mean temperature difference in ST of sub-health group stomach was 0.91±0.21,It's higher than the average temperature of the chest and abdomen region;The mean temperature difference in SP of disease group stomach was-0.59±0.36,It's lower than the average temperature of the chest and abdomen region;The mean temperature difference in KI was-1.02±0.17,It's lower than the average temperature of the chest and abdomen region and all the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).However,the temperature of LR from the high temperature of sub-health into cirrhosis of the low temperature.The experimental group had a certain characteristic of the stomach,the spleen,the meridian of the foot,and the pubic liver.Conclusion:1?The characteristics of the special characteristics of the patients with a stasis of the liver are located in the middle energizer.Specific anatomical partition at the left rib area,the right rib area?stomach?left and the right ventrolateral area;The meridians are located in the meridien of ST?SP?LR and KI.This indicates that there is a location difference within he test group in the temperate zone.2?The attributes of the temperate zone of the sub-health group is mainly heat.The disease group is characterized by both cold and heat,Showing the distribution of hot on the cold form.This indicates that there is a difference between temperate and temperate properties within the test group in the temperate zone.3 ? we assume that both meet the positioning and temperate properties as the coincidence rate,the coincidence rate was 42% in the sub-health group and 59% in the disease group.It can provide a visual basis for the change of TCM syndrome type.
