Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of tinea pedis in Wuhan,we test the imidazole、allylamines and other drugs in vitro with the most common pathogenic fungi for drug sensitivity.Then analyzed the current drug sensitivity in Wuhan of tinea pedis,to better guide the clinical treatment.Methods We collected 200 cases of outpatients in the Department of Dermatology of Wuhan No.1 Hospital who was diagnosed with tinea pedis from January 2017 to April 2017.Do questionnaire surveys,fungal cultures and species identifications with everyone who was in the group.Selecting 30(17 were trichophyton rubrum,13 were trichophyton mentagrophytes)samples to test the drug sensitivity with itraconazole,ketoconazole,voriconazole,miconazole,fluconazole,miconazole,terbinafine,flucytosine and luliconazole under the guidance of M38-A2.Using SPSS18.0 statistical software analysis datas.Results Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton mentagrophytes were the main pathogenic fungi,and the proportions were 85.8% and 10.2% respectively,and others account for 4 percent.All of these two kinds of strains as to flucytosine,the MIC(minimal inhibitory concentration)values were more than 64ug/ml.All the MIC values of luliconazole were less than 0.03ug/ml.The GM MIC values for Trichophyton rubrumwere as followed:luliconazole(<0.03ug/ml),voriconazole(0.16ug/ml)ketoconazole(0.28ug/ml),terbinafine(0.33ug/ml),miconazole(2.26ug/ml),itraconazole(3.01ug/ml)fluconazole(7.67ug/ml)、flucytosine(>64ug/ml);As to Trichophyton mentagrophytes:luliconazole(<0.03ug/ml)、terbinafine(0.34ug/ml),voriconazole(0.56ug/ml),ketoconazole(3.06ug/ml),itraconazole(4.95ug/ml),miconazole(5.22ug/ml),fluconazole(≥64ug/ml),flucytosine(>64ug/ml).Conclusion Tinea pedis is almost no difference in incidence between men and women,and most of which occurs in adults,the patients who was diagnosed with tinea pedis were suffered from a long-term course;Trichophyton rubrum are the most frequently pathogenic fungi species,followed by Trichophyton mentagrophytes,All the MIC values of flucytosine were more than 64ug/ml,MIC values of fluconazole to the Trichophyton mentagrophytes were ≥64ug/ml.Luliconazole as a novel antifungal drug,it’s MIC values were the lowest.
