PART? Analysis on HIV Infection Status of Voluntary Blood Donors in Nanjing Area from 2006 to 2016Objective To analyze the HIV infection status of unpaid blood donors in Nanjing in 2006-2016 years,and to understand the characteristics of HIV antibody positive and/or HIV-RNA positive unpaid blood donors,so as to provide evidence for the development of recruitment strategies for voluntary blood donation.Methods Blood donors of whole blood samples and platelet blood samples by laboratory ELISA enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay examination two times,after December 2012 to ELISA negative or single negative specimens for nucleic acid amplification technology(nucleic acid amplification test,NAT)detection.All HIV reactive specimens were sent to the Nanjing Municipal Center for Disease Control and prevention to confirm the selection.The HIV screening results of unpaid blood donors in Nanjing during the past 2006-2016 years were statistically analyzed.Results The 2006-2016 detected 641401 cases of blood donors in 57 HIV positive cases(all HIV-?),the total positive rate of 8.89/10 million in 2013,the positive rate of HIV was significantly increased after stable until 2015,the positive rate was 15.43/10 million,the positive rate for 10.03/10 million in 2016.The number of positive cases in male to female ratio was 13.75:1,the positive rate was 13.12/10 for male female million,1.68/10 million;at the age of 18?30 years old accounted for 59.65%,31?40 years old accounted for 35.09%,there was statistical significance among blood HIV antibody positive rate in different gender and age(P=0.000).The first blood donors were 46 cases,accounting for 80.70%;11 donors again,accounting for 19.30%.The HIV positive rate of undergraduate or above is 15.91/10 million.The streets flow point HIV of blood donors was 80.70%,the positive rate of 11.88/10 million,plans to organize blood donors HIV positive rate was 8.78%,the positive rate of 2.33/10 million,the number of different blood donors and street blood donation in blood donors HIV antibody positive rate difference was statistically significant in two blood donation and unpaid blood donation plan(P<0.001).Conclusion Combined with HIV antibody positive status among volunteer blood donors in Nanjing area for the first time,blood HIV positive bias has high degree of young male population development,suggesting that we should insist from the low risk population in recruiting donors principle,the popularization of blood donation and AIDS prevention knowledge,strengthen the street blood donation point before the health interview work,set up the network database to ensure the safety of blood.Part ? Investigation of HBV infection among eligible voluntary blood donor in Nanjing City in 2016Objective To understand the distribution and demographic characteristics of HBV(hepatitis B virus)infection among blood donors in Nanjing City.Methods Rapid testing,ELISA and the nucleic acid technology(NAT)screening was used to detect HBV infection among 66742 blood samples collected from Nanjing Red Cross blood center from January,2015 to January,2016.Analysis of age,gender,education,nationality,marital status,region,blood donation and positive results of HBV screening.Results In this study,66742 cases of voluntary blood donors,HBV screening positive total of 225 cases(0.34%),ELISA positive in 180 cases(0.27%),NAT positive in 45 cases(0.07%).There were no effects of age,gender,education and marital status on the incidence of HBV infection(p>0.05).The infection rate in urban donors was statistical higher than those in rural donors(?2=4.496,p<0.05)and also Han donors also had higher HBV infection risk than other Donors(?2=4.523,p<0.05).Conclusions The positive rate of blood donors in Nanjing HBV there is still a certain proportion,the use of NAT method can greatly shorten the window period,significantly decreased due to the failure of ELISA post transfusion hepatitis B virus infection rate,to popularize ELISA+ NAT application,to further reduce the hepatitis B virus in the process of transfusion transmission risk.
