Modeling And Empirical Research On The Acceptance Of TCM Health Care Technology Based On UTAUT Theory

Purpose The purpose of this study is to develop and empirically test the UTAUT model to influence residents' acceptance of TCM health care technology,and to understand the intent and determinants of residents'choice of TCM health care technology and methods.The study also attempts to provide some direction for future research aimed at providing new and useful information to help the Chinese medicine industry devel op effective decisions.Method In this study,a convenient sampling method was used to distribute the"Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Technology Research Survey Scale" for data collection.The questionnaire was issued from May 2018 to August 2018,and 506 valid questionnaires were collected.After the data is cleaned,the reliability test,validity and discrimination test are performed,and the combined reliability and average extraction amount of the scale are calculated to check whether the used scale can truly and effectively reflect the survey problem.Based on the optimized UTAUT model for structural equation modeling,this paper uses SPSS Amos 23.0 for exploratory factor analysis,using the Mackinnon PRODCLIN program to verify the mediation effect,while using gender,age,education level,income level,chronic conditions,and Chinese medicine.Accreditation and multi-group analysis of experience and acupuncture use experience.Results(1)Cronbach's a values of performance expectation,effort expectation,soci al impact,convenience condition,intention of use,and use behavior are 0.932,0.874,0.899,0.900,0.933,and 0.880,respectively,and the scale has good internal consistency;The standardization factor load of the item is shown in the table below,except for the item 1 of the usage behavior,the normalized factor load is 0.675(acceptable),the others are greater than 0.7,and the multiple items are greater than 0.8,and the performance expectation of the standardization factor of item 3(PE3)The load value reaches 0.902.The results show that the model has good validity,and each measurement item can better reflect the real situati on of the latent variable.The combined reliability value of each latent variable is greater than 0.85,which means that the measurement scale has high reliability,and each observation item can better reflect the real situation of the latent variable.The vari ati on of the indicator variable to the latent variable interpretation is large,and the measurement error Smaller.The average extraction amount is calculated to be greater than 0.5,and the average extraction amount of the two latent variables of performance expectation and intention is higher than 0.7,indicating that the scale has good convergence validity.Fornell&Larcker's 1981 research method and Cross Factor Loading analysis showed that the scale had good discriminant validity.(2)The chi-square value of this study is 336.4,the degree of freedom is 140,the chi-square degree of freedom ratio(x2/DF)is 2.617,and the goodness of fit(GFI)is 0.93.The approximate root mean square error(RMSEA)reported value is 0.057,less than 0.08,is ideal.Taking into account the sample differences,the study also reported relative fitness index(CFI),PGFI,NFI,PNFI and other indicators,respectively,0.970,0.686,0.952 and 0.780,the test results are ideal.The exploratory factor analysis model(CFA)established in this study is well fitted,and the model can be used to explain the acceptance behavior of residents'TCM health care technology.(3)The standardized path coefficients of performance expectations,effort expectations,social impact,and convenience conditions on usage intentions were 0.094(P=0.022),-0.005(P=0.94),0.614(P<0.001),and 0.191(P=0.002),respectively.Suppose H1,H3,and H4b are validated,assuming that H2a does not pass the significance test;the standardized path coefficient of effort to anticipate the expected performance impact is 0.417(P<0.001),H2b is validated;the convenience path and the intentional use of the standardized path coefficient for the use behavior They were 0.580(P<0.001)and 0.890(P<0.001),respectively,and H4a and H5 were verified.The empirical results show that the improvement of the model is effective.(4)The Mackinnon PRODCLIN mediation effect test has a 95%confidence interval of(0.032,0.288),rej ecting the null hypothesis and suggesting that the mediation effect exists.To test the direct effect of the convenience condition on the use behavior,the confidence interval is(0.457,0.703)and does not contain 0.The original hypothesis is rejected and the direct effect exists.Therefore,it is considered that the influence of the convenience condition on the use behavior is partly determined by the use intention,and the mediation effect is Partial intermediary.(5)The model has group robustness.In the regulation of regulation,the use of voluntary and acupuncture use experience adjustment effect is more obvious;gender has a regulatory effect on residents' convenience conditions and use behavior;TCM health care technology experience on effort anticipation/use intention,convenience/use Intention and convenience conditions/use behaviors have a regulatory effect;chronic disease and age regulation have not been statistically tested;in addition,the application experience of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture also has a certain degree of regulation.Conclusion(1)The empirical research results show the effectiveness of the UTAUT model in the application environment of TCM health care technology and the rationality of this paper.This survey provides data and relevant experience for future TCM technical surveys,and has positive significance for future research.(2)The ease of use of TCM health care technology significantly affects the expected level of residents,and the difficulty in reducing the use of TCM health care technology should be an important direction to promote relevant TCM technology.For the promotion and popularization of current TCM health care technology,the most important thing is the popularization of TCM technology infrastructure.(3)Social influences and convenience conditions have a positive impact on the intention to use;convenience conditions have a positive impact on the use behavior,and some influences are generated through the use of the intention of the intermediary.(4)According to the discussion of gender,age,income,education,Chinese medicine and acupuncture use experience,the convenience conditions still have a relatively stable impact on the use of TCM health care technology.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the health resources to the Chinese medicine,and improve the accessibility of residents to the health care resources of Chinese medicine.
