A Literature Study On The Laxative Effects Of Peony And Its Application Rules

Purpose:On the one hand,through the study of herbal medicine of shaoyao and other related literature,this study combs the related discussion of shaoyao defecation.On the other hand,taking modern and contemporary medical records as the research object,combining with statistical methods,this paper studies the clinical application characteristics of baishao in modern and contemporary constipation medical records,including the distribution law of TCM syndromes,the dosage of baishao,and the compatibility application law of baishao in constipation treatment,elaborates the relevant compatibility mechanism,explores the mechanism of baishao laxative effect and the shadow of baishao Noise factors.Methods:By collecting and collating the modern constipation medical cases containing white sputum,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the corresponding medical records are retrieved,and the data is entered into the Microsoft Excel 2016 form to establish a medical record database.The data mining and analysis of the database was carried out by using the ancient and modern medical cloud platform(V1.4)software built by the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.The descriptive statistical methods and association rules were mainly used to preliminarily summarize the white sputum in modern constipation.The distribution pattern of TCM syndrome types in the case,the dosage of Radix Paeoniae Alba,the compatibility environment of Radix Paeoniae Alba in constipation treatment,the discussion of common compatibility combinations and their mechanisms,and the mechanism of the effect of Baiqi on laxative effect and related influencing factors.Results:1.From the perspective of gender distribution,female patients have more medical records than male patients.From the age distribution of 235 patients,there are distributions in all age groups,of which 67 cases are over 60 years old,accounting for 28.51%of 235 medical cases;2.From the statistics of diseases,244 Most of the medical records belong to functional constipation,and a small part is caused by intestinal inflammation such as colitis,irritable bowel syndrome and other organic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.Judging from the distribution of TCM syndrome types,the types of syndromes with frequency more than 10 times in constipation cases with baishao include liver qi stagnation syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome,large intestine stagnation syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome,liver and spleen irregularity Syndrome and blood deficiency syndrome,the most frequently occurring syndrome type is liver qi stagnation syndrome,accounting for 30.33%of all medical cases,followed by yin deficiency syndrome,accounting for 23.36%,and large intestine heat syndrome accounting for 14.75%;3.From symptoms According to the statistical results,there were 29 symptoms with frequency?10 times.Among them,the frequency of occurrence was higher difficulty in bowel movement,constipation,no stool,poor bowel movement,less stool,and weak bowel movement.Higher bloating,poor appetite,abdominal pain,dry mouth,abdominal pain,fatigue and other symptoms.According to the statistics of the comprehensive tongue and vein,the frequency of the tongues with higher frequency appeared as the signs of yin deficiency,qi stagnation,qi and blood deficiency and body fluids consumed by extreme heat;4.In 244 medical cases there are 215 medical records recorded in the name of the party,involving a total of 66 formulas for the addition and subtraction.The top 10 formulas are Sini San,Maziren Pill,Xiaoyao San,Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,Zengye Decoction,Runchang Pill,Siwu Decoction,Chaihu Shugan Powder,Xiaochaihu Decoction,Guizhi and Shaoyao Decoction;5.In the 244 medical cases,there are 18 types of formulas drugs that are compatible with baishao,and the first 8 frequencies are tonic drugs,qi regulating drugs,heat clearing drugs,purgative drugs,asthma relieving drugs,phlegm and relieving cough and asthma drug,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,and digestive drug.The top 10 drugs with baishao are danggui,raw gancao,huomaren,chaihu,zhishi,raw baizhu,raw dihuang,houpo,zhike,and fried gancao;6.According to the statistics of the dosage of baishao of 244 medical cases,the dosage range of raw baishao is 6.0-74.0g,the span of dosage range is relatively large,the average dosage is 18.8g,the median dosage is 15.0g,and the commonly used amount is 12.0-20.Og.The number of fried baishao cases is small,the dosage range is 9.0-30.0g,the average dosage is 14.6g,the median dosage is 12.0g,the most commonly used amount is 15.0g,the usual amount range is 12-15g;7.In 244 medical cases,there were 229 cases in which the application of the combination was raw baishao,and only 15 cases were used in combination with the fried baishao;8.By using the association rule analysis method,the association analysis of all the drugs in 244 cases was possible.It is concluded that the drugs associated with the compatibility of baishao in these medical treatments are gancao,huomaren,zhishi,houpo,dihuang,baishu,raw gancao,and zhike.Conclusion:Baishao has the effect of relieving constipation.There are three possible mechanisms for baishao to play the role of relieving constipation:first,soothing the liver and regulating the liver,softening the liver and spleen;second,benefiting Yin and restraining Yin and nourishing Yin and blood;third,baishao has a certain purgative effect.The main influencing factors of baishao laxative effect are compatibility environment,dosage and processing.Among them,compatibility environment and dosage play a particularly important role in baishao laxative effect.Whether chishao has defecation effect or not has not been studied in typical cases or pharmacology.
