Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Xiaofeng Decoction In Treating IBS-D With Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency And Internal Accumulation Of Wind Evil

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of jianpi xiaofeng decoction on Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and wind evil connotation.MethodA total of 90 cases of patients with IBS-D with stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and wind evil connotation were included in the clinical study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by simple random grouping according to the order of treatment.There are 60 cases in the observation group,who were treated with self-made formula jianpi xiaofeng decoction.In the control group,30 patients were treated with Bacillus licheniformis Capsule Live for 4 weeks.During the treatment period,stop using all other Chinese and western medicines for the treatment of IBS-D,avoid fatigue,and avoid cold,spicy and other stimulating foods.Use case report on the records of two groups of patients with symptoms integral,visit once a week,one follow-up 4 weeks after completion of treatment,consultation and follow-up were recorded when the symptoms integral,compared two groups of patients after treatment number of total score and the symptoms of diarrhea,abdominal pain,shit character,bloated with side rib and stomach bowel,gas channeling,stay,fatigue,and sigh the symptom integral,compared two groups of treatment effectiveness,to come to the conclusion that the self-designed formula's clinical therapeutic effect for IBS-D with stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and wind evil connotation.Result1 Clinical data:A total of 90 patients were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,including 60 patients in the observation group and 30 patients in the control group.All90 patients were followed up.2General information:Most of the patients were male,aged 30-69 years,and the duration of the disease was 1-10years.3 Total effective rate of treatment:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 87%.The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.4 Change of symptom score:The comparison of total score of symptoms before treatment between the control group and the observation group and the difference of total score of symptoms after treatment between the control group and the observation group werestatistically significant(P<0.05).The results indicated that both the control group and the obser vation group could effectively treat IBS-D with stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and wind evil connotation,and the treatment effect of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group.5Change of symptom score in different treatment stages:In the first week,the second week,the third week and the fourth week of the treatment,the symptoms of the two groups of patients were better than before treatment,and the effect was better with the deepening of the treatment.No statistically significant difference was found in the symptom score between the control group and the observation group in the first week(P>0.05).The differences in symptom scores between the control group and the observation group in the second and thirdweeks were statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that the self-designed formula jianpi xiaofeng decoction gradually shows its advantages over western medicine in the treatment of IBS-D with stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and wind evil connotation.6 From the single symptom curative effect evaluation:The effective rate of jianpi xiaofeng decoction in the treatment of 60 patients with IBS-D with stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and wind evil connotation was 65%,50%,67%,67%,89%,94%,96%,194%,100%,100%,respectively.7 Follow-up:The difference in symptom score during follow-up between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the self-designed jianpi xiaofeng decoction had a significant long-term effect.During follow-up,4 patients in the control group relapsed,accounting for 13%of the total patients.The recurrence rate in the control group was higher than that in the observation group.8 Influence of general conditions on the treatment efficiency of the self-designed prescription:The effective rate of the self-designed prescription in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and the effective rate of IBS-D with stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and wind evil connotation has no obvious correlation with gender and disease course,but has a correlation with age.The effective rate of self-designed prescription for patients aged 20-29,30-39,60-69 and 70-79 is higher than that of other age groups.ConclusionThe self-designed formula jianpi xiaofeng decoction can effectively treat IBS-D with stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and wind evil connotation,and its total effective rate is better than the Bacillus Iicheniformis Capsule Live treatment group.In addition,jianpi xiaofeng decoction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients in the first treatment,and with the progress of the course of treatment,the effective rate increases continuously,gradually showing its advantages over conventional western medicine treatment.The long-term curative effect of the self-designed formula is superior to the conventional western medicine treatment,and the recurrence rate is low.
