Shen'an Decoction In The Treatment Of HFrEF With Depressive Disorder In The Treatment Of Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective: By exploring the clinical effect of Shenan soup on HFrEF patients with syndrome of Hepatic qi stagnation on the basis of Psycho-Cardiology,evaluating objectively the clinical benefit of this prescription,so that providing new ideas,new theories and new approaches for the comprehensive treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: By 58 patients with mild-to-moderate depression disorder with HFrEF randomized controlled trials for three weeks,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Two groups based on the primary disease secondary prevention,control group in resistance to conventional western medicine therapy,treatment group to Shenan soup and western medicine routine heart failure treatment,record the PHQ-9 score,in patients with TCM syndrome score,LVEF,NT-proBNP and cardiac function rating,and observation of drug safety.SPSS20.0statistical software was used to process and analyze the data.Results: There was no significant improvement in ejection fraction of LVEF after 3 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).Cardiac function was improved in the control group and the experimental group(87.9% and 93.1%,respectively).TCM syndrome score and phq-9 score of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),but the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Shenan soup combined with basic western medicine can effectively improve the quality of life of HFrEF patients with depression,and shenan soup has good clinical safety.
