Objective:Based on the literature of pressing and the experiment about the optimum pressing parameter settings of thermal effect,by rhythmically pressing on“feng chi”and “jian jing”,observing the changes of soft tissue tension and trapezius muscle sEMG of cervical spondylosis before and after treatment, aiming at providing ideas for the research on the standardization of pressing manipulation on treating cervical spondylosis,to further explore the mechanism of pressing in treatment on cervical spondylosis. Methods:This experiment was divided into normal group and experimental group, rhythmically pressing on “feng chi”and “jian jing”on more pain side, collecting soft tissue tension and sEMG signals of two groups, comparing changes of soft tissue tension D0.5kg、D0.8kg and sEMG MPF、MF between normal group and cervical spondylosis or before and after treatment, aiming at exploring the effects of rhythmical pressing in treatment on cervical spondylosis.Results:1.There was a significant difference in the soft tissue tension D0.5kg between cervical spondylosis and normal group(P<0.01).Soft tissue tension D0.5kg and D0.8kg between obvious pain side and anther one showed statistical significance(P<0.05).2.During bowing and head back, about sEMG MPF、MF,the influence of patients and normal group or obvious pain side and anther one is significant difference(P<0.05).However,during raising two hands, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.Soft tissue tension D0.5kg and D0.8kg or sEMG MPF and MF,between before and after treamtent was different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervical spondylosis patients can be well distinguished from normal group or obvious pain side and anther one by comparing soft tissue tension and sEMG of PMF value and MF value,in order to quantitative diagnose neck pain. Moreover, rhythmically pressing has a good immediate effect on improving trapezius soft tissue tension, relieving muscle fatigue and relieving pain.
