Objective: based on the literature and massage expert force parameters data,explore the optimum pressing parameter settings of thermal effect from different force,pressing time and operation rhythm,which in order to compare the difference between rhythmic pressing and sustained pressing in thermal effect,aiming at providing experimental basis for the pressing thermal effect experiments in the future and ideas for the research on the standardization of massage manipulation.Methods: the force of the massage doctor is measured by using a massage instrument,in order to determine the force parameters of three levels as light,medium and heavy.Referring the literature about pressing,determine the pressing time parameters of three levels and the pressing rhythm of three levels.The orthogonal factor levels are selected and the orthogonal test is done in 3 factors×3 levels according to L9(34).In the test,a self-made pressing stimulator is operated to press the volunteers' right side Xinshu point.And the temperature before and after pressing is recorded by the infrared thermograph.The optimum parameters of heat effect are selected.Choosing the optimum force and pressing time,the left and the right sides Xinshu point are pressed,using rhythmic and sustained pressing.Record the temperature before and after pressing with infrared thermograph and the Duration of thermal effect,or the time temperature difference downing to 0.5? between two sides,aiming at exploring the difference of thermal effect in different ways of pressing stimulation.Results: Firstly,in 3 factors,the influence of force on temperature difference is significant.(F=32.843,P<0.05)and the force of 2.5kg is the most significant.;the influence of operating time on temperature difference is significant.(F=54.102,P<0.05)and the operating time of 7.5min is the most significant.;The effect of frequency on temperature difference was not statistically significant(F=2.181,P>0.05).Secondly,The effect of rhythmic pressing on temperature difference is better than that of sustained pressing(P > 0.05)but the difference in duration is not statistically significant(P>0.05).and the effect of the frequency in 10 beats per minute is better than others.Conclusion: The force and operation time have significant influence on temperature.The optimum parameter setting was force(2.5 Kg),operating time(7.5 min)and frequency(10 times/min).The local thermal effect of rhythmic pressing was better than the sustained pressing...
