Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction On Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis (blood Stasis Syndrome) By Directional Introduction Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To provide clinical guidance for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by observing the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(blood stasis prove).Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(blood stasis prove)were selected from the Department of Orthopaedics,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All cases were selected according to the order of patient visits by random number table.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Fuyang Huanwu Decoction by traditional Chinese medicine ion-guided introduction therapy,and the control group was treated with Chinese medicine ion-guided introduction of Huoxue Antong.All patients were treated once a day,1 time / 30 minutes,5 times a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,TCM symptom scores,Japanese Tanaka Jingji nerve root cervical spondylosis 20 points,subjective VAS scores were used to evaluate the patient’s symptoms,relevant data were recorded,data was collected and stored,and SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in the balance between the two groups in terms of age,gender,and duration of disease.The two groups were comparable.2.Comparison within the group: There were significant differences between the two groups in the treatment of TCM symptom scores,VAS scores and the 20-point method of the Japanese Tianzhong Jingji nerve root cervical spondylosis symptom scale(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group and the control group Both can significantly improve the symptoms of patients.3.Comparison between groups: After treatment for 2 weeks,the treatment group was superior to the control group in the analgesic effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction has a clear curative effect on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(blood stasis prove)by traditional Chinese medicine ion.
