OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence(mild and moderate)with lung spleen qi deficiency by clinical observation of changes in stress urinary incontinence, and to provide a more effective new treatment for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods and ideas.METHODS:All patients were eligible for compliance in-out the Department of Urology and Gynecology Clinics and Inpatients from January 2018 to January 2019.According to the study design,60 cases were divided into the control group and the combined treatment group. The control group was given pelvic floor muscle function exercise, the combined treatment group was given pelvic floor muscle function exercise, and the acupoint embedding line combined with traditional Chinese medicine Shiquan Dabu soup was added. At 8 weeks, the data of the observation group and the control group before and after the intervention were collected, including general data, urine leakage, urine leakage,TCM spleen qi deficiency syndrome score and ICI-Q-SF score, etc. The adverse reactions in the best response to treatment. After statistical analysis, the clinical effects and safety of the two groups were compared and evaluated. After 8 weeks of treatment,follow-up was performed to observe the recurrence rate, and the long-term efficacy of the two treatment methods was further evaluated.Results:1.Therapeutic results:The treatment group planned to treat 30 cases of SUI patients,1 case of shedding,29 cases of actual treatment,of which 6 cases were cured,21 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 93.10%;the control group planned 30 cases, shedding 1 For example,29 cases were actually treated,2 cases were cured,17 cases were improved, and the total effective rate was 65.52%.After testing,P=0.007<0.05,the difference was significant, indicating that the total effective rate of SUI in the combined treatment group was better than that in the control group.2.Evaluation of clinical related indicators:Comparing the observed indicators, there was no significant difference in the statistics between the two groups before treatment, and the P values were significantly greater than 0.05,indicating that they were comparable. After the intervention, the scores of TCM spleen qi deficiency syndrome in both groups decreased, suggesting that both groups played an active role in improving TCM syndromes. After treatment, the P value was<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. It shows that acupoint embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the degree of urinary incontinence, lower abdomen bulge, cough and cough, facelessness, low voice, distress, and loss of appetite in SUI patients with lung and spleen qi deficiency. In terms of urine leakage, the amount of urine leakage before and after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant, indicating that both interventions can improve the patient’s urinary control ability and effectively reduce the amount of urine leakage;after treatment, the two groups were compared. The difference in urine leakage between the group and the control group was 6.50±2.17,3.59±1.85,P=0.006<0.05,indicating that the combined treatment group was more effective in reducing the a mount of urine leakage after the treatment of SUI with acupoint embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Well, significantly better than the control group. In terms of the average number of 24 hours urinary incontinence, the number of urinary incontinence in the combined treatment group and the control group was less than 0.05 before treatment, and the two groups showed good clinical efficacy in reducing the number of urine leakage in 24 hours.Comparing the two groups, the difference before and after treatment was 3.24±1.46,1.69±1.51,P=0.04<0.05,indicating that the combined treatment of acupoint embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly reduce the number of urinary incontinence, and the therapeutic effect is better than that of the control group.Pedicle floor muscle function exercise. In terms of ICI-Q-SF score, the post-treatment combination treatment group and the control group were compared before and after treatment, and the P values were all less than 0.05,indicating that both intervention methods can effectively improve the ICI-Q-SF score. However, the difference between the two groups after treatment,P = 0.051,the difference was not significant, indicating that the effect of reducing ICI-Q-SF score was similar between the two groups.3.In the combined treatment group,30 cases were collected,29 cases were actually completed, and 1 case was shedding.Because the pain patient refused to re-embed the acupoint, the prescribed course of treatment was not completed and was removed. The control group collected 30 cases, and the actual completion was 29,shedding 1 For example, because the patient requires surgery, the study is withdrawn and removed. All were carried out in accordance with the expected research process, and no obvious adverse reactions such as liver and kidney damage were observed. After 4.8 weeks follow-up,the intra-operative recurrence rate was 14,81%in the combined treatment group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(36.84%).The P-value was less than 0.05 after statistical chi-square test, indicating that the treatment group relapsed in the long-term efficacy of follow-up.The rate was lower and the urinary control ability was stronger. The combined treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion:Acupoint embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine for treating lung spleen qi deficiency type stress urinary incontinence(mild and moderate)has reliable clinical effect, simple and safe, high patient compliance, and stable clinical observation and recurrence, which is female stress urinary incontinence. The treatment has opened up new ideas and ways, and can provide reference for the majority of colleagues.
