With the development and progress of society,the limited medical service resources and inefficient service management mode of hospitals have been far from meeting the demands of the masses on the quality of medical services.The relationship between doctors and patients is becoming increasingly tense,and medical disputes are becoming increasingly prominent.At the same time,more and more hospital managers are also considering how to upgrade the service management model,optimize the allocation of medical resources,establish a "patient-centered,quality-centered" service system,improve the management level of hospitals,and improve patient satisfaction.Fortunately,with the rapid development of software engineering in recent years,the combination of medical and information technology makes all this possible.Good doctor-patient communication is the prerequisite for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The comprehensive management platform of doctor-patient satisfaction described in this thesis is a comprehensive information service platform which uses information technology to communicate between doctors and patients and enhance patients' satisfaction.It uses B/S architecture,JavaScript,C# language and SQL Server database technology.This system completely abandoning the traditional management mode of doctor-patient relationship based on the development requirements of modern hospitals.From the point of view of management and service of patients,the doctor-patient relationship management is completely reengineered by means of information technology.This thesis first describes the research background of the satisfaction management system,and then combined with the domestic and foreign research status,introduces the key technologies involved in the system implementation,such as architecture,language,database and so on.According to the software engineering construction process,the system needs analysis,outline design,detailed design and system testing.Finally,combined with the test situation,further improvement suggestions are put forward.It conforms to the development trend of current medical reform,solves the historical problems of doctor-patient relationship management,and improves patients' satisfaction and trust in hospitals.At the same time,the massive follow-up information also provides a strong data support for scientific research and medical quality analysis,significantly improving the level of hospital medical services.
